I made a delivery order of their charro beans and macaroni salad. This is my first time ordering here and the food is absolutely delicious! The charro beans were the best I’ve ever eaten. And the macaroni salad with corn and peas was really good for such a simple item that frequently is made tasteless. Not this one! I’m looking forward to trying their famous Mesquite grilled chicken and some other items!

We usually love Don Carbon, it never fails us but today the chicken was too dry and the Mac salad was just Mac no veggies and tortillas were cold and dry as well. hopefully next time it’s better or that the other locations keep up the good food like always.

I wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but one time I waited at drive through for 15 minutes with no response. I should’ve learned but when I went back they served me raw chicken. It took months for me to return and just now when I did they gave an incomplete meal. When I called back to ask them to make it right they pass the phone around because it takes 5 people to hear the issue to figure out how to fix it. Risk having raw chicken or overpriced and incomplete meals. Consistent bad customer service when they make a mistake.

Horrible service from this place. The lady at the window had a horrible attitude and was not friendly at all. Once I got home to enjoy my food, there was long pieces of hair on my food! I called and not once did I get assistance for this. I got told “well there wasn’t hair when I gave it to you.” Horrible place ladies and gentlemen.

Just tried to go eat at 7 pm on a Tuesday. As we got there the staff was quickly locking up. I pointed at the sign saying the closing time (which had not come yet) to which one of the employees responded with the cut motion. Additionally the open sign was in fact still on.

Boy, someone didn’t taste their food before serving it to the public. I ordered a fit bowl with chicken and the bowl tasted as if they forgot to put salt and added extra salt. Maybe I asked for salt with my fit bowl? Or maybe the salt bottle broke and fell into the meal. Either way I couldn’t finish my meal because of all the salt. I ended up putting my food in a colander and washing my fit bowl meal and added my chicken back in. Why add salt to the meal if you get a dressing that contains salt to add to the meal already? Today’s meal was very disappointing sorry to say Don carbon.

I’ve only been twice. The first time I ordered chicken, which turned out to be charred and dry. I can ruin chicken myself, thanks. The second time was today. I went because my boss wanted a steak burrito from there. The burrito was delicious and would have earned a high rating, but whoever fixed my burrito decided to use a huge piece of pure fat as meat. I wish I had taken a picture of it.

I informed the server that I was passing through and that was my first time ever eaten here. What would they recommend? They recommended me the chicken meal with two sides, deserts, and with a drink. I got that and I also got a dessert; I got was macaroni, salad and frijoles charros.
They also have Mexican fresh drinks. I got Jamaica, but they also have Horchata water.
The staff was very friendly. The food was very tasty. The restaurant was very clean and there was plenty of parking. There is lots of place to sit whether you come on a date solo or with a big family.

Nice and clean, luckily it wasn’t too busy today and had plenty of clean spaces to choose from. The chicken fajitas are so freaking good here! With a little lime and some of their red salsa….mmmm it just really hits the spot! The fries were nice and crispy, and The tres leches cake was super good too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I noticed that they are good at keeping the dining area clean and tidy as well.
