Don Carbón did NOT disappoint!
The food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was seasoned perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every sauce they gave was spot on, each one better than the last.
And the mac n’ queso? 100 out of 10. Creamy, flavorful, and not overly cheesy — the balance was perfect. The baked potato was also so good… loaded, fresh, and cooked just right.
The fries were just okay, but to be fair, I drove about 5 miles before trying them, so the moisture probably affected the texture.
Overall, the quality, flavor, and portions were worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back to Don Carbón!

Price are high.
As soon as you walk in, you get an unpleasant odor in the air.
Little TLC goes a long way, and this restaurant needs it.
The chicken was dry. I sensed peanuts in the seasoning.
The beans were not ready to be served. ( a little hard but tasty)
The bake potato was also not cooked throughly.
I personally do not like the rice taste, but it was ready to eat.
The fountain water/soda had a bad taste to it. ( the fountain needs to be serviced/ cleaned )
The ladies at the register were having personal conversations on the phone loud enough for the customers to know their personal business.
Two young ladies were wiping the tables and filling up the napkins.

food was actually good, chicken was not pink this time. management tho…. the main lady is constantly on the workers, i could hear her yelling at them from my booth at the store. there is leaks everywhere throughout the store when it rains. she talks to certain employees very nice and othersss not

We are Very Surprised Of Our Last Meal We Ate. We Usually Give Good Comments. But This Time We Were Very Embarrassed To Say Something About Our Food. We Ate It But Not Very Happy. We Ordered Two Burger Meals. Usually We Get Our Food Hot n Today Food Was Warm. The Pineapple In Burgers Were Cold And Thick. Not Even The Meat Juicy How It’s Been Before. In one Meal We Ordered a Bake Potato With Butter On The Side. Guess What The Butter Was In A Cup,(Small Block) Not Even A Little Melted. The Bake Potato Not Even Hot Enough To Melt The Butter My Fries Were Cold. We Didn’t Even Get Our Chile Toriados or Even Salsa On The Side When We Know They Use To Give Us. We Were Embarrassed To Even Say Anything So We Ate It. But Hopefully They Do Fix It Cause It Was One Of Our Favorite Place To Go Eat Our Burgers. Thank You, Unhappy Customer..

First time trying and its okay , has a spice I really didn’t like and it overpowers the chicken. Chicken was also a little tough. Macaroni salad was good and charro beans could use a little more chicharron. For the price honestly I’d rather buy a rotessire and some salsa and save 25 bucks.

1st time as residents of Horizon City. Was so good and will be back. Very nice place, good service and good food. Had the 3 piece chicken with baked potato and churro beans side and oh my my was so good, also had the burger and fries…delicious! Worth the price paid. Thank! See yall again soon!

I truly suggest you advise your customers how long the food will take to be cooked. I came to order to go with no customers inside and I waited over 30 minutes for my food.
