I ordered a 3pc combo to go. Got 2 very small pieces. The worst part was that the chicken was fried instead of grilled. Completely hardened. Sides seemed to also be very old. I love this restaurant but lately the quality of our meals has been very diminished on multiple locations I have tried recently. The kitchen on this location was very dirty with food all over the floor. Hope something changes….

Very small meal looks to be more like a toddler meal this was not a kids meal ordered the chicken legs look like quail legs and the side salad was tiny. Used to be served in a plastic dessert size container not worth the money. Very disappointed the place seems to be going downhill but the prices say otherwise they continue to rise.

Delicious food with fantastic flavor. I grill and BBQ all the time. I normally dislike paying for stuff I can make better. The food here was on point. It reminded me of classic home cooking. The chicken was absolutely amazing. I don’t know that I could make it better. It was flavorful and moist. The Mac and queso was insanely good. The beans charro were epic. Choco flan and cranberry mousse… I haven’t had this good of BBQ in a long minute. Thank you.

The food was good, decent. The service is HORRIBLE. We walked in and the guy that was the cook was grabbing the short plump girl and being affectionate. Grabbing her arms to wrap around him and we were standing there waiting. She told him that there are customers and he scoffed, rolled his eyes and walked to the grill. She ran to the back. Then no one was there to take our order. Some guy with glasses said how can I help you and I said, yes, my mom has a question. As she was speaking he walked away dumped his drink, refilled it and walked away. Another guy came and lifelessly asked for our order. While we were eating we decided to get a dessert. My mom waited there and heard them talking and no one came to check. I had to raise my voice and say excuse me. They stopped talking in the hidden corner and the girl came out saying, “yes?” And just walked away as my mom was speaking to her. Then a guy came out to take the order.
This place is so horrendous when it comes to customer service. Honestly if the owner doesn’t train them or replace them, the business is definitely going down. Its a shame since the food is good.

I arrived at the restaurant, and everything was quick. However, there were three things I didn’t like. First, the attitude of the waitress who brought my food—she had an expression like she was annoyed with what she was doing. As a customer, you expect at least a neutral attitude, not a bad face as if they were giving me the food for free. When they brought my meal, most of it was delicious—the rice was perfect, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. However, the baked potato was black inside, and I couldn’t eat it. Seriously? They open the potato to add cheese and can’t notice that it’s black at the bottom? What really ruined my experience was the fact that there were four flies hovering around my food, which was incredibly annoying as I had to keep shooing them away, and they still managed to land on my food more than once.

Waited for a long time at the drive thru (about 25 minutes) , employees where running around inside. Instead of giving me my food.

Food was good and warm. Had the 3 piece combo. Brownies are very good. I’ve had the Spicy chicken sandwich before. I recommend it.

Went through the drive through a few days ago and I got handed the bill to tip. They did the same thing last time in which I did tip. Both times filled with weird hearts on the bill to try to get you to tip. I did not tip anything but a few days later I see the bill on my card and it says I tipped 37%?????? Insane behavior to write your own tips for a drive through service. Working on getting my money back but this is completely unacceptable

Amazing taste. Howeverrrrrr hehe what part of the chicken is this? I ordered number 1 and the pieces make me sometimes wonder if I’m eating chicken. I mean it tastes like chicken but many thing taste like chicken. But I have to figure out what part of the chicken I’m eating. See picture below. I mean you guys have a great product! POLISH that amazing product. Consistency is the key!
