Everything was fine but simply when you work in the kitchen close you have to maintain care and hygiene when cooking I think they need to train their kitchen staff more with the care of the food since it is very important to maintain good hygiene and quality of what they sell, this cannot happen again a hair in my food, this is totally unacceptable

I had such a great experience at this restaurant!!! From the moment I walked in, the environment was incredibly inviting and had a cozy, homey vibe.
The service was absolutely amazing friendly attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff truly care about your experience.
I ordered the tequeños and chicken empanadas, and they were both delicious and crispy on the outside, flavorful and satisfying on the inside. I also had the maracuyá fresco, and it was so refreshing and packed with tropical flavor. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.
This spot is definitely a 10/10 for me. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere!!

Freshly made convenience store food.
This is a generous portion of tasty, freshly made food. That’s a deal for $11. The shredded chicken was tender and moist. The eggs were made to order. The arepas are big and freshly grilled.
The staff is friendly but I needed to use Google translate to order. It was not worth it to try to have them leave off the cheese and sour cream, but it was separate, so that worked out.
This is better than the hot bar at QT and fresher than other fast food joints inside of a convenience store. If I were looking for a meal on the go when I stopped to get gas, this will be a good choice.
There are a few problems. I was looking for a restaurant with arepas and this was close by. However, there’s no sign on the outside. I asked someone in the parking lot to find it.
The dining area has lots of chairs but just a few tables. Also, there is this big counter that looks leftover from a previous venture.
They don’t serve drinks. I had to buy them from the convenience store clerk while I was waiting on my food.

This place just to be great now the food is mediocre and the service is horrible. They take forever on your order. And sometimes you call to place an order and it takes an hour for a simple arepa !

This place is located inside the BP, off the Jimmy Carter. I must say GREAT service. The food is amazing !!! I’ve found so many small places that have Venezuelan food and I’m super excited!! I know what I’m ordering when I go there, so I don’t have trouble. They will gladly explain to you the different foods they have. They also have option for Mexican food, tacos, tortas. But I suggest VENEZUELAN FOOD all the way!! They offer food only, since they are located inside the a gas station they let the gas station take some credit on drinks. But they have a section of Venezuelan or imported drinks !!! Try them out !!!

I drove almost an hour to get to this restaurant. The address that’s shown on maps took me to another place. I called the number provided and someone answered with a plain hello so I asked if this was the restaurant and the person hung up in my face and then wouldn’t answer again.
I wanted 1 chicken and 1 pork patacone but they only had pork and it was $15 for one but it’s huge.
Update: Google suggested chatting with the owner. I sent a chat saying that I was trying to find the location and someone responded almost immediately and said they are inside of the bp gas station. The people were nice. The pulled pork was kind of hard and was dry but the flavor of everything else was good.
I ended up making my own since it’s been so hard finding a restaurant that makes good quality patacon. See the white plate.

The issue isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle. The cashier ( Milagros ) kept my change ( .86 cents ) , claiming she didn’t have ( coins) , and still charged me the credit card price even though I paid cash. It’s disappointing to see such dishonest behavior, as it reflects poor ethics. Practices like this leave a bad impression and make people not want to return.
