I ordered two pizzas from a friendly and informative chef / team member.
The pizzas came out in less than 10 minutes and were perfect.
I came at 11:15am on a Saturday morning.

I ordered half n half pizza + 2 sides. And 10 mins late from expected time.
When I receive my pizza, I check the quality of pizza. I ordered half peri peri and half cheeseburger. There was no sauce in two pieces. And the garlic bread was so cold.
So I asked for get the new one to the driver. And he said I need to make a call to the store to get the new pizza. He also said I could take the faulty one.
I made a call to the store and requested a new pizza, and their answer was very disappointing.
The staff said he made the pizza and it shouldn’t be like that also he can not send me the new one. He asked me to send the photo of the pizza. After he checked the pizza, he told me he could not do anything with it. He asked me to make a call a day after to get a refund. He said I needed to talk with the manager.
So, I made a call to the Domino store at 5:24pm. (The staff member said the manager will be available after 4~5pm. That’s the reason why I called late afternoon)
I was really disappointed with the manager’s feedback. He told me that he could not give me a refund because all the processes were finalized yesterday. He can only give me 1 more pizza for next time or give credit. He was blaming me. I should ask for a refund a day before.
The staff member lies to the manager as well. He told the manager that I didn’t request a refund yesterday. They make me a liar.
The behavior was very rude and shifted responsibilities to me about this situation.
Spent $53 total for the WRONG base for both pizzas. This has happened with previous orders in the past with NO resolutions.
I had enough of their neglect and poor customer service and spoke to the manager directly who said “we have run out of the thin and crispy base for weeks”.
When I asked why they still processed the order then he replied, “We were too busy to notify you”.
I demanded for a refund – the store manager said he will send a driver to pick up the wrong order and refund my money.
30 minutes has passed and still NO response or apology over the phone/email/text.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! You should be ashamed and of yourselves
Idk what the management is doing, but that’s not how you do business.
And I ordered a large pizza, but it looked small. The guy on the phone kept arguing with me that I’m accusing him of fraud.
In the picture we can clearly see the pizza is so small. Just compare it to other pictures posted on reviews!
That’s unethical business practices!

I called the store multiple times, and after about 10 minutes someone finally answered, only to say they would deliver again after another 20 minutes. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Ordering from Domino’s Auburn feels like a joke — very disappointing experience.
