Great food! I tried the tender steak stir fry. I am Peruvian and this dish is called “Lomo Saltado” with a twist. I really loved it and the smoke flavor on the meat and vegetables made this dish absolutely delicious!!!

The fish ceviche was delicious with a tangy, flavorful Peruvian leche de tigre. I appreciated the traditional ingredients and presentation which can be hard to find in Orlando!
The pollo à la brasa (roasted chicken) had a delicious charcoal grilled flavor and was a very generous portion.
The choco flan cake (chocolate cake with a layer of flan) is incredible! The moist chocolate cake and flan were perfectly sweet – not too much sugar – and was a huge hit at our table.

It was my wife’s and I first time in the city food hall, as a Peruvian born in the U.S. I had to try this one. Now I believe it’s a more northern style, since in the South (i.e. Lima) I don’t remember seeing a lot of places serving plantain chips. However, the fish ceviche was damn good and had an excellent flavor, especially with the red sauce that comes from the ropa vieja empanadas. The canchitas and sweet potato were done just right and their choclo was good! Of course, once you drink the broth on the bottom of the bowl, it was a perfect blend of sour, heat and warmth. Almost reminded me of home, buenazo!

Food was good but incredibly small portions for the price. Got 3 chicken tacos for $16 and the filling of all 3 tacos could have filled up one. On top of that the food took about 30 minutes to come out with no line and no wait. The 3 employees were just standing around talking to each other while my order was the only order. On top of that, they were charging almost $5 for a mini water bottle… Decent food but not worth the price or wait.

This was my first time trying Ceviche Bistro and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, tasted just like authentic Peruvian food and the service was fast. Highly recommend!
