They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered 1 pizza tonight and over an hour went by I didn’t even get a call or anything about my order on why i never got it. I had to call to cancel, dude on the phone was very indifferent. As someone who’s worked fast food before this place shouldn’t even be open if they can’t fulfill orders.

Delivery driver was fast, friendly, animated, and called a couple minutes before arrival. Seemed like he enjoyed his job.
Pizza was on point and exactly what I had envisioned when I placed the order, a rarity in chain delivery pizza experiences.

We’ve had other orders messed up by them in the past, but today they delivered the pizza to the wrong address, which resulted in an uncomfortable interaction with a neighbor. (Not wearing pants). When I called to tell them our order was cold by the time we got it, and explained the situation, they said the only option was to remake it. No refund. By that point we had been waiting more than an hour and we were all quite hungry and had places to go. We weren’t able to wait for a remake and delivery. So our only option was to accept cold pizza that had been delivered to pant-less neighbor. Our buildings are marked in huge letters. This should have never been delivered to the wrong unit, and when we called they should have been a lot more helpful. Seems like they don’t care because it’s our only option for pizza delivery on base.

Pizza is tasty, can’t complain. Delivery was quick for us, and our driver last time was super friendly and genuine. More than anything, I’m grateful there is a place that delivers on base late in the evening. Coming from our previous station where everything closed at 7pm or earlier (usually earlier) it feels like a total luxury having this domino’s.

Can’t say on in-store, but as a serviceman who lives on base, your order time is wholly dependent on tip size. I understand the food service industry (especially the pizza industry as I used to work papa johns), the store prioritizes grouping orders together rather than individual quick delivery. This is a very sensible choice as a producer to said orders (especially for delivery drivers), but as a consumer, this leads to long wait times and possibly cold foods. For everyone else, at the end of the day we all know you are ordering here because you are A) drunk, B) everything else on doordash is closed or C) a traveler coming to Alaska with no other choice. It be like that. There is no other choice than to wait 2 hours for literally any size of order.
