I live more than 20 minutes from the store and ordered carryout to pickup on my way home from work. I decided to splurge and paid extra for stuffed crust pizza. I came home to find a soggy pan pizza in the box. I called the store and their solution was to make me a new pizza… I live more than 20 minutes from the store. I had to ask 4 times for the pizza to be comped instead. They finally agreed to comp it, told me they would mail a coupon, and hung up. My original order was carryout. The store does not have my address. Overall, gross pizza and embarrassingly bad customer service.

The overall experience at dominos is usually good, but why today did they give me a pizza with almost no cheese on it. I get that the economy isn’t great, but when I pay $18 for a pizza, I would like to get more than just crust.

We took full advantage of the $9.99 any toppings large pizza deal recently and the team at this location did not disappoint. Even if there was an issue with our order, the team members and managers were quick to make it right. Almost always greeted with a cheerful “welcome to Dominos” the moment you step in the door.

I usually like this place but lately they’ve been slacking. The last order we placed, the delivery came but the pizza looked like it had been in a car wreck before getting to us. The toppings were slopped all over the box. Then we ordered today and we had a manager call us telling us they don’t have tomatoes, which was fine, we can’t control that, but after waiting like 30mins, I had to call them and ask where my pizza was cause it says it was “delivered” but they said they tried to call me and someone picked up and said “we didn’t order any pizzas” so I don’t know who they called, but now we’re going to get our pizzas an hour later than expected and I can’t eat because I have to leave for work and take it with me.

Update: this location is easily the single WORST domino’s I’ve ever experienced. Rude staff and they make simple mistakes with every order I place. Needs better training and probably new management because it’s laughable.
