I asked for: a large deluxe pizza to go, the guy said something along the lines of a hand tossed yadda yadda pizza, i said, thats exactly what i want.
He said have a nice night and remarked to his coworker to not let anyone disrespect him.

If I could give them a zero I would. They refuse to give you a refund. This is now the second time in a row I have had issues with this store. The first time they forgot part of the order and still wouldn’t give me a refund for it. They makes you wait for them to remake it and tells you that’s the only option you have. Will not be using them again. It’s funny their website says satisfaction, guaranteed or money back, but they don’t do refunds?

We come here a lot and never have any problems well today we ordered the bread bites & a medium pizza and my husband went to go get it well when he got back home with it it looked like this (picture below) I called to let them know im not satisfied with the quality of what i received and I wanted it remade. I was met with attitude by the manager Amy, saying well you should have checked it before you left etc because it wasn’t smushed when it left the store … which it definitely had to have been because why would we smush our ow pizza when we have kids waiting to eat then said, but if you bring it back untouched it can be remade, which my husband did bring it back to them -we never check because we never have a problem any other time . Before now, the crust is ruined, it’s super flat, toppings on one side and the middle , very dissatisfied with the service received today!

Ordered 4 pizzas, got 4 pizza’s, one was the supposed to be a pacific veggie, instead we got a plain cheese. They did not even try to make it right and charged the price for the pacific veggie. Never ordering from this place again. Level of disrespect was breathtaking from the “manager”.

Called to order pizzas for the family and you can’t talk to a live person, it’s the AI bs. We placed the order for pickup and got our total. When we drove down there we were told that special was online only. The AI didn’t say anything about that. When we told them that and said even the commercial we saw it on doesn’t say that we were told we should have assumed it was online. Will NEVER order from Domino’s again. PIZZA HUT or PAPA JOHNS from now on.

This was a delivery. A pizzà deal. Not…. It ended up being $31.44! $8.00 for delivery. They are less than a mile from my apartment. It was supposed to be here at the latest 8pm, then 8:15, then we were notified it was just being put in the oven at the time it was supposed to be delivered. What on Earth??? Not again! Ever! A $9.99 pizza & garlic bites for $2.99. That’s all.

Little pizza place, but ooh man they are really busy. Lots of employees working there, and still cant be fast enough. They produce so many pizzas in short time. Wait time is between 30 to 45 minutes from the order time until receive order. Plus delivery time.
Pizza has lots flavor when hot, and soft but not the best Dominos Pizza, i had much much better Dominos Pizza @ other location, and when cold flavor is lost by 50% or more

They had my back. I feel badly because I had tried to tip the driver, but the app etadicated it. I did not have my wallet, as my son was using my car. Staff canceled my order, as they correctly assumed I did not want sux pizzas. Apologies to the driver. All good, but I always tip.
