Our pizza arrived with what looks to be two pizzas put together to make a whole pizza. The cuts do not line up, the pepperoni pieces that are cut are missing the other halves. It was cold and limp. When I called to get some clarification as to why our pizza looked like this, the manager was beyond rude, gave a lame excuse for why it was like this and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Apparently their adds that claim that they will do what they can to make the customer happy are wrong. When I let him know he was losing a long time customer, he just hung up on me. If I could give a no star rating, I would. Poor customer service all around at the Bonney Lake Washington location.

LONG story: I retired recently, moved to Bonney Lake & temporarily in my RV. 2 huge trees fell this week blocking our exit. We’ve been stranded & using delivery svs as necessary but none have been notable except DOMINOS. A knock on RV door wakes us. Hot pizza & 2 liter soda. 1. 1:30 am? 2. Who sent it? One us had a birthday so fam? 3. How did you get to our door? Dominos Delivery driver is a freaking super hero. He LITERALLY would have to climb over 2 downed trees, (limbs removed but we cant get thru trunks)- Walk up a DARK driveway past a shop, to an RV, into an area that looks like a Texas Chainsaw Massacre set. Storm has our stuff SCATTERED! He delivers us a hot, perfect pizza at 1:30 am we didnt order, AND he was kind & happy. WHAT!?? We dont know who sent it, we didnt have a tip he deserved in our pajamas and the pizza was the best tasting thing weve had all month. Like came. TODAY delivery driver again from Dominos came, climbing thru/over/under whatever & was yelling “PIZZAS HERE”!!!! ROFL!! (It wasnt ours, so we told him sorry) but Dominos— your drivers are THE BEST. Friendly, kind, etc. Keep them happy because you have angels there. ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU. ❤️

When I came in to the lobby, my food was not ready yet, so I sat down and after sitting for 15 minutes, I realize that my food was ready, and nobody came to tell me. When I came in, I checked my name so with a small amount of effort they could have just said something really quick. When I came up to the registered to check on it, the clerk was very rude and he told me to have a great day in a very sarcastic and rude manner they just rubbed me the wrong way.

Great experience. Every time we call, the staff is so friendly and polite. We place the order, and 10-15 min later the food is ready! They are super fast! The quality is great also. If there is a promotion, we usually ask, and the discounts get applied. They always give us good recommendations and answer all our questions. This is one of the best places in the area right now to get pizza. I recommend it for sure.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service I just received from the current staff at this Bonney Lake location. I ordered a pizza for my family to enjoy as their dinner and it was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, I was not able to tell that the pizza was not properly made until I got home. We have a food allergy in our home and the pizza we brought home contained a food item we cannot eat. I didn’t think of it as a big deal and sent my teenager down there and have the pizza remade and the staff refused. They told her that since it was an online order they could not help her would not provide her with any resolution. My teenager called me to let me know and after speaking with the staff members, they refused to either make the pizza or refund the pizza. I thought that was ridiculous and certainly not good customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and they said to call back in 2 hours?! So that means we would not be able to eat dinner? I asked for the corporate phone number and none of the information was provided. The lack of customer service was so apparent I am appalled over a pizza that should have at least been remade so my teenager could have been able to come home and eat. If I could give this rating a zero I would !! Terrible service! They then embarrassed my teen and told her that we will just refund your pizza and blacklist you from coming here!! That is not how you treat your customers! Shame on you for treating the members of your community in this manner! Get your employees up to speed on how to effectively handle these issues so that you have happy customers! Bad business!

This was the first time in a while that I bought Dominos, The only reason is my family really likes the stuffed crust other chains have. I must say wow I was impressed with everything. This location has a medium size seating area to enjoy the pizza if you don’t want to takeout. My order was for takeout. the time they said the pizza was ready it was and hot. I walked in and it was fresh out of the oven. The staff was quick and attentive. Very friendly and the pizza was good. Had three different varieties and they all exceeded our takeout expectations. We will definitely be back again.

The employees are always great! They are kind, courteous, and helpful. I do have to say that the deep dish pizza has won our hearts. Our family no longer orders pizza anywhere else. The deep dish from Domino’s is our immediate go to!! Well done Domino’s!
