If I could give them zero stars I would. This is by far the worst dominos in the world. They always give me wrong orders they get everything wrong. I just ordered 2 orders of the cinnamon bread twist, and they hardly put cinnamon on it. I complained to them and then they brought me back another order with barely any cinnamon on there. The person making this stuff needs to be fired. I’m never ordering online again because all my orders go to these people.

Got a pizza, it was mangled like it was dropped, and not warm. They gave me credit for another pizza. Got one a few weeks later. This one was warm, but mangled and under cooked and doughy. Just forget it.

Ordered a pizza, it took 1.5 hours and I still didn’t receive it. They said their car broke down and that it would be coming. I asked for a refund and the person said it would still be coming. Instead, I wasted another 30 minutes waiting for a pizza that I didn’t even know wasn’t coming anymore. No refund offered, terrible service.

Will not allow me to place an online order for delivery and when I call they confirm that they are the correct store for my address. I therefore cannot use any online coupons or gift cards (since they can’t take them over the phone). The delivery fees are more expensive than even Door Dash or locally owned pizza restaurants.
