On Superbowl Sunday, we received 2 of 3 incorrect large pizzas. I called the store to report the issue and they offered right away to replace them or provide store credit. We needed the correct pizzas that day, they were happy to assist and put our correct pizzas promptly in oven and delivered very fast. The manager got on the phone with me and wanted to make it right. Said it could take a while since it was a busy day, but we got the correct replacements very fast, considering. Great Customer Service, ty!

Do not trust the estimated time for it to be ready… granted it is superbowl Sunday, however they have 100’s of pizzas waiting to be cooked…. I ordered over 50 minutes ago and they are saying it is still 30-40 minutes before my order will be ready… furthermore app said eta already done and tracking app is not working due currently

The only person working was a super sweet, very patient kid, who was very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about just things in general.
As far as the food itself goes, the only things the employee would have had any control over was there could have been a bit more sauce on it, it seemed like it almost didnt have any… and I know most of their *baking * Isa weird conveyor belt, but it seems every time ive gone to this location, the amount it’s baked seems to very quite a bit, typically leaning towards over cooked.
And they dont have a pizza heater for while it’s waiting for u, just the bags that the delivery people use to keep it warm while they wait for you to show up, which he kindly(any with out my request) put it bak into for me when I had to run bak to the car to grab the other phone when my tap pay didnt want to work..
So all&all, not a lot of my experience came down to things that(im pretty sure the only employee working as well, and he was still very kind and patient with me) had too much control over.
If u dont want light sauce, and ur picky about how ur crust is cooked, I would mention something in the ‘special request’ box they provide for you u when you’re checking out online… and as long as you’re punctual on ur pick up, I think that would cover all of my complaints!
Hope everyone stays warm on these cold nites! That’s why I went and got a -slice- myself!

Last night I order pizza and for some reason my chicken Philly had pineapple on it that I didn’t ask for the pizza was disgusting and the service I called the manager said he will replace the whole order !! Next day Beto picks up my call and tells me he don’t know why the manager last night would offer two pizzas when only one was messed up.. which is not my problem I just want what was told to me !! Beto was at the restaurant when I picked up the replacement pizza and he didn’t apologize for the mess up and he offered for me to check out my pieces which I did and it was very poorly made barely any chicken on it, which I told him I don’t know why these employees or the manager act like the ingredients is coming out of their pockets if I pay for extra cheese, I expect that ! SMH poor service get it together dominos .. I work hard for my money

So I ordered a medium two topping pizza and wings. Included a picture of the wings because they are abnormally small compared to anywhere else (including KFC, Popeyes, etc).
The pizza topping for banana peppers barely exist… 3 stars because the taste is fine but I don’t think the price of items, plus delivery, plus tip is worth it at all.

Really guys? This is the quality you are sending out of your store to peoples homes? This is obviously expired dough or dough that has been sitting out too long and should have been thrown away. Also had other ingredients in what should have been just a pepperoni pizza because my guess is they used cheese from the catch tray to save money. Couldn’t even choke down one piece and my stomach hurts! The topping were skimped and unevenly distributed on the pizza. As someone who used to work for this company I know they taught you better than this. Please talk to your staff about this and make sure they know this is not acceptable! This makes people sick. It’s not safe food handling practices.
