Just love everything about Dominos. The food is delicious and not over the top expensive. They deliver and the drivers are great and fast! (I know, I used to be one of them) They’re usually accurate Dominos orders but if by chance there’s an error, they make it right and sometimes better. The menu is pretty extensive, and again, the food is DELICIOUS! It’s very clean and all the ingredients are very fresh as they adhere to strict guidelines. You can see it when you go there too, it’s apparent. Service is quick and friendly and your order is put together fast and with care. It then goes right in the oven and in just a few minutes it comes out the other side ready to be boxed and bagged and it’s on its way to you got n ready to be devoured! YUM!!! OH and the desserts are TOO DIE FOR.. SERIOUSLY ..

I gave up trying to order because the person I called couldn’t really speak English and was and was unable to communicate clearly what they were saying. I might as well have been talking to somebody in Bulgaria without a translator so I gave up and I didn’t order and that’s the problem when you don’t have people who speak some kind of English

Had my wife buy the pizza which was delicious by the way the cashier didn’t give us change back which was a bummer because we’re tight on money and he pretty much pocketed $6 on top of the tip I threw in the tip jar not cool buddy not cool.

Had a free pizza offer from a different franchise and was refused payment when I presented the gift certificate to the assistant manager. Knowing how some stores are I am very reluctant about paying the first time so when I got the free pizza coupon I decided it was time to try this location just to be turned away. I would say that it was definitely a missed opportunity to potentially gain new customers. I will not be back nor will any of my friends and or family members.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I placed a large order a day in advance for 38 pizzas to be delivered by 1:45 PM for a big event with over 100 children waiting. By 2:00 PM, the pizzas still hadn’t arrived, and no one was answering the phone. I had to leave my responsibilities at the event and go to the store myself.
When I got there, only 15 pizzas were ready. The person managing the store was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had no choice but to take those pizzas myself and drive back in my personal car, while the rest were supposedly going to be delivered “in 10 minutes” — which ended up taking an hour.
This delay completely ruined our event schedule, caused unnecessary stress, and made me personally responsible for delivering food that should have been taken care of professionally. Very poor service, unacceptable for such a large pre-planned order. I will not be ordering again.

Order #1205 made by Felicia. I’ve never had any issues ordering pizza from the Federal Way location but today all 3 of our pizzas were very disappointing. First off the 2 large pizzas were undercooked. We had to bake it again since we didn’t want to eat RAW dough!!! Secondly, my GF pizza was supposed to VEGETARIAN!! All I asked for was shredded Parmesan, jalapeños and green peppers. What I got instead was a chicken pizza with pineapples, jalapeños, green peppers and onions (I’m ALLERGIC to onions!!!!). So needles to say, I couldn’t eat the GF pizza which a paid $12 for a small size. Thirdly, all pizzas should’ve had extra garlic parmesan sauce but non on them did. Needless to say this particular order was very, very disappointing.

Worst pizza ever. Totally inedible. No cheese on any of it. Would happily post the pictures here if possible. Will NEVER buy here again. Extremely upset after working then get them home and can’t eat them they are that bad. Talk to someone who says “we don’t make pizzas that are inedible.” I said I could bring back tomorrow since I don’t feel like driving 30 minutes round trip. That was unacceptable to them. Pictures unacceptable. Stuck with crap. This is not OK. Go somewhere else.

Over cooked Italian sandwich, with mystery burnt pieces. I called and asked for a replacement. The second sandwich was not over cooked, but tasted way to salty, like someone dumped a lot of salt on it. It was unedible and waste in $.
