We are passing through and were hungry. We chose this poorly rated domino. We ordered in store. The staff was very friendly and I wanted some more sauce. No problem and 12 minutes later my pasta and my colleague’s pizza were ready. We drove to our hotel and ate the very hot dishes. The food was delicious and plentiful. Did not make one of two pizzas. Had to wait for the other pizza to cook. They didn’t put jalapeno I paid for on it. The first pizza was cold when I got home. They didn’t have the salad I paid for either. Just gave me a pizza for free that I didn’t ask for; would have appreciated a discount on the bill over a free pizza I didn’t order.

I placed my order online at 4:15pm, waited an hour to see the tracker had not changed from the prepping phase. I called the store number to hear their advertising for 15 minutes before being hung up on. Kept calling every 15 minutes for the next hour, before deciding to call another store to ask what I could do and was told my order would be cancelled at the end of the night. what??? drive down to the store just before 7pm only to be told the order had just gone through and the store manager didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience at that point I was furious and decided I wanted my order cancelled I won’t be using domino for future pizza orders because of this experience

Worst place they took my money i waited 2hrs and when I called to ask what’s happening they said 9mins 9mins turned into 9hours I dropped there just for them to say the pizzas was delivered to me I said no and I would like a refund and they said okay it’ll take 24hrs I still haven’t gotten my pizza or my money I called again and they said there’s nothing that they candy do never give them your money and if you do make sure you pick it yourself

I placed an order that was completed and processed by 1208 a.m. they are advertised on their website and on Google open until 1:00 a.m. so proceeded and ordered almost 1 hour prior to closing. the order was ready and expected to be picked up between 12: 18 and 12:28. This would have been a half an hour before your scheduled closing time. My order was canceled without explanation and when I arrived at 12: 30 to see if I could order in person. All of the outdoor lights were off and the doors were closed. Please either correct the time that you are open or serve food when it’s ordered until the time of close. Very disappointing.

I had gotten curbside delivery for my order which they did not do. I had waited outside and no one came out so I ended up having to go way to pick up my order. Not to mention I had paid extra for cheese which was not on my pizza. Also there was only enough of the caramel dipping sauce just to fill the bottom of the pan literally. Definitely not worth the price.
