This was my first time ordering at this Domino’s and it was literally the worst experience ever. My dad was visiting from out of state and I’d been up working all day as we’re trying to get our business set up so we ordered Domino’s on River road. Well, despite ordering at 3 in the afternoon and being told it should be delivered in about 30 minutes, at the hour mark, I contacted the store and they said he left 10 minutes ago which was impossible because I still saw that he was at the store via the map. Then at the 1 1/2 mark the driver FINALLY shows up and for the $60.00 we spent in food for our family, it was cold and my sandwich looked like this!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE DOMINO’S ON RIVER ROAD AGAIN!!!! I’M SORRY I DID! THERE WAS ONLY 3 SMALL FREAKING THUMBNAIL SIZE PIECES OF CHICKEN IN THE ENTIRE SANDWICH!!!! Such a failure of a place!!!

See all the other reviews. I’ve been here more than an hour for a pizza their app said would be ready in 17 minutes. Not a single person who’s come through during this wait has had a different experience. Try W. 11. Or go get pizza worth the wait at any independent place in town. Cute little space, plenty of places to sit and waste your life while hoping The Noid shows up. Would have given the “atmosphere” 4 stars if he had. After having tried three different seats, go with the barstools at the kitchen, that way you all feel the discomfort together.

First out, the order processing is terrible when I called the number to try to reach an actual person to talk to to take my order it was confusing and I didn’t get it right I finally figured out how to use their website as guest as I wasn’t going to be ordering many pizzas from this one particular store the food tasted bland and the pizza wasn’t even done right it’s hard to pay $27 for something that didn’t even taste good but I put up with it. Hopefully they can do better next time.

The food i ordered takes entirely too long to prepare. Online tracking is off and they know about it in store. There give false times when asked about time on pizza.the wait time was more then an hour for 2 pizzas. You guys have to do better.

Tried to order took 45 minutes for them to cancel, called multiple times been on hold for 30 minutes. Went down to see why it was cancelled for them to say they can’t make certain foods. Would not recommend going to this dominos!!!

Can’t order food or it’s colder then a polar bears tie nails. Can’t go there to eat because the manager will yank open your door while you’re trying to enjoy your food. If your location isn’t seedy enough maybe dont have your employees just going through people’s vehicles in the parking lot, not cool.

Food is good but service is non-existent. Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer the phone. Had an order that I had delivered and had to come to the store because nobody was answering the phone.
Phone was ringing the entire time I was there and nobody ever answered it.
Whoever is managing this restaurant should be ashamed. I’ve worked pizza before and this wouldn’t have ever flown. Shame.

Quickly made but I asked for, and paid for, extra cheese, I don’t think they put any cheese on it! And the diced tomatoes were CANNED tomatoes, yuck. The mushrooms. I paid extra for, were almost non existent. We hall never order from here again
