Horrible service. Asked for extra sauce on two pizzas and got little to no sauce. Complained and asked for manager on duty. Told the measurements of sauce was metered. Yet, those with regular sauce had sauce but those with extra sauce did not. We were told we would get a free pizza next time. Total dishonesty in his statement. There was no free pizza next we went to order. So, I chose not to order from them and will not in the future

Placed online order that was never delivered. Called & spoke to someone who said they would credit what I paid, since I was already charged yet never got food. Went to place order & no one had any record of credit. After quite some time, I tried to give them another chance. Placed curbside pick up order. Logged in online & received text confirmation about being onsite. After 30 minutes of waiting, past when they said it would be ready, I called to ask about order. (I originally arrived within their quoted time) I was greeted with attitude & when I showed the confirmation I received upon check-in, I was told “I don’t know what to tell you, your food was under a heat lamp.” No apology or offer to try & fix anything. Just soggy pizza… Gee thanks.

I haven’t ordered dominos in a long time. I usually order Papa John’s but their quality has gone downhill over the years. Today I ordered here and OMG I didn’t remember it being this good! They have stepped their game up! It was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Bread was soft and fresh with buttery garlic on top that melt in my mouth. The pizza was so good too!!! One time they even brought me a choice of soda larger than what I ordered because they hadn’t realized they were all out and remembered me debating between the two over the phone.l when I ordered. Update: Yet again this dominos comes through in the clutch. Had the munchies at 11pm ordered my single pizza at 11:11pm it was delivered by 11:30pm. The pizza I got was absolutely perfect. I ordered basically extra everything and it was so loaded the cheese was filling the box. I wish I had tipped more than 47% now lol.

Mess up my order more often then not. Last 4 times I’ve gone it’s been wrong. I carry out and check the pizza right in front of the workers and show them it’s wrong and they offer to remake it up I dont want to wait 20 more minutes…

I’ve ordered from here numerous times. I have ordered in advance for specific delivery times on multiple occasions just for my pizza to arrive 40 minutes or more late, cold and stale after sitting in “Quality Check” for close to an hour if not more than an hour each time. Tonight was no exception but will definitely be the last as I will no longer be ordering from this location or any Domino’s in the future. Crediting enough points to replace a medium 2 topping pizza does not make up for an entire order being inedible. Do better for your customers.
