Went to pick up some pizza and chicken on new years eve. I completely understand it being busy, but when I walked in there were 7 people working and a gentleman was taking an oder from a customer and once done walked away to take a delivery. No worries I knew it was busy, I waited almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Again I get it its busy especially today no worries, get home with the pizza it was luke warm ended up putting it in the microwave to warm back up and took one bite of the chicken very rubbery. Ended up tossing that in the trash. Not complaining but could’ve been a much better experience.

I like dominoes and this is the closest one to me so I order here. However they almost always mess up my orders. Usually forget toppings or put the wrong ones on. One time they dropped off a very doughy pizza. We called and asked for a new one. They said that they would deliver one shortly and we never got it. Called to tell them the next day and they merely added points to our account.
Get your act together guys.

Nothing with service has changed. Still make the same mistakes over half the time. Wrong toppings or missing toppings.
I literally just left this location and the pizza seemed good. But then I noticed that it was missing the cheese (pictured. That’s the white sauce and dough not cheese).
I would also like to mention that since they have a bad habit of putting wrong toppings on pizzas could put someone with food allergens at risk. If that doesn’t encourage this place to get their act together I don’t know what will.

This place has gone completely down hill over the past year. This time was the last straw. I ordered a pizza ahead to picked up at certain time. I came in about 15 mins after my pick up time and there was no pizza to be found. They were about 50 orders deep and didn’t even have mine in que. They said that it just got missed. Nobody had any idea how to rectify the situation, and just kept telling me what happened not what they planned to do to make it better. I asked for a refund since they weren’t even offering to rush make one. And asked if I could get a voucher to get a pizza at a later time for the hassle of coming in and now having to figure something else out for dinner. They gave me a refund and said there wasn’t anything else they were able to do. Needless to say I’m done giving this place my business.

Honestly, this is the worst dominos store – just don’t even bother. They dropped off the wrong pizza with my correct receipt. I called, they offered no apology & said I could keep the wrong pizza – which was burnt. They did drop off my correct pizza, which was cold. If this was the first time I would let it go, mistakes happen. But they make so many mistakes and even when they manage to deliver the right pizza it’s still gross or missing toppings or not cooked all the way. I will never ordered from here again.

Drove 20 min and showed up at 11:30pm to order only to be told they closed at 11pm for ALL orders both delivery and carry out because “the closer called in.”
Meanwhile 3-4 employees were still inside. So they closed 2 hrs early on a Saturday night? Weird.

This is the worst Dominos I have ever experienced. Just don’t. Your pizza will be cold and probably missing toppings. They will promise refunds but you won’t get them. They need to be shut down by corp. Just the absolute worst. Avoid like the plague. I am embarrassed that I gave them money again.
Last order? Pizza was “quality checked” for an hour. Arrived cold. And they knew it was.
Order before that? None of the toppings were on it. “Website mistake, they should have known we were out”. But they made it, let it sit and get cold, then they delivered it anyway. And of course we were charged for everything. We were promised a refund but never got it.
Run away.

Long day traveling. My wife and were craving a Hawaiian. I ordered online extra sauce, extra bacon and extra pineapple. What we got was very little pineapple, very little bacon. Very disappointed especially a $30+ pizza. Will not make that mistake again ordering from Sherwood Dominos.

Edit: Was offered a refund when called, charge still seems to have gone through. Was later contacted and offered two free pizzas and a waive on the next delivery fee. Something’s better than nothing and I appreciate the attempt at a fix but nothing really makes up for expecting food and not getting it.
Never the less, an attempt was made.
Ordered a pizza at 11pm through their online app, an hour goes by with no update so I check the store hours and it’s listed to close at 1:00 AM.
Order stuck at quality check for 2 hours and the store won’t answer their phone over multiple calls from 12 until closing. 20 minutes after closing the order page is still at ‘quality check’. Not sure what’s going on but I would like to figure out how to get a refund if possible.
Something definitely changed at this location recently, used to be stellar service and speed.
