We have usually had great success ordering delivery here. The last 2 times, the order has not been completed when delivered. Last week we ordered 7 items. Only 4 items were delivered. After 2 phone calls and another hour waiting, our order was finally complete. They’ve been very nice about it, so their customer service is good.

This Domino’s Pizza is fast, efficient and always friendly. There was one day when my kids answered the door to get the pizza delivery and our dogs shot out the front doors and went for a “jog”. Without hesitation, the Domino’s delivery driver jumped in her car and attempted to help us retrieve our dogs. She went above and beyond without being asked and it was very much appreciated. Great pizza, won’t break the bank, fast delivery but outstanding customer service is what seals the deal for this 5 star review! Thank you, St. Helens Dominos Pizza!

Worst quality of food and customer service I have ever had from a Dominos. Our food arrived looking like it was thrown at a wall then put inside the boxes. When we inquired about the poor quality and a refund they were not accommodating and had poor customer service. We wont be ordering from here again and would recommend to pick another pizza place, plenty to choose from!

We moved to St. Helens from North Portland about 6 mos ago & at first, the pizza here was always perfect, fresh, hot, etc… but having ordered on a regular basis for awhile now, I’ve noticed that when choosing carryout instead of delivery like we did when first ordering from this location, our pizzas have consistently been made very sloppily; they’re either over or under cooked, not at all hot, toppings have been scarce & few, and not at all distributed evenly on the pizza, or there’s a part of the pizza with no toppings and cheese whatsoever.

Usually place makes the best pizza. But last 2 times not so much. The 2nd to last one. Was ok. A lil overcooked but ok tonight. Was freakin terrible.. pizza burnt. Cheesy bread burnt not even green peppers on a whole half. And no bacon. N middle was missing dough. Verry disappointed
