Let me start by saying that I’ve ordered Dominos all over the US, and Canada, and this was the only time I have ever complained about a pizza. I love pizza.
The 3 topping pizza I ordered looked like it was a no topping pizza, with no sauce, and it was WELL done with a lot of grease.
Basically tasted like burnt toast with melted cheese on top. Didn’t even put the garlic on the crust… how can you even forget that?!
Horrible pizza. And the best part was, it was way more expensive than the mainland!
Your job is to make pizza, not much else, so at least get that right. Wish I could get my $$ back on this one

Big thanks to Ayhns and the team at Domino’s Pizza Waikoloa! Their pizzas are always fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The service is fast and super friendly, which makes a big difference. You can tell they really care about quality and making customers happy. Definitely one of the best spots around for a great pizza experience. Keep up the amazing work!

Ordered pizza to get delivered to our hotel room. We didn’t have any cell service but mention in the instructions when placed order about let the front desk of the hotel call us and will come down pick up my order. Waited for an hour for my order but never received any call. Finally called the store and the guy argued with me for almost 10 minutes and was extremely rude and told me it’s my fault that i didn’t come down to get my order as he wasn’t gonna wait for even 5 minutes there for me. Ridiculous customer service and very very rude employee/ driver ( named Paul ). Try to talk to the manager and he hung up on me and cancelled my order. I really hope domino’s will look into it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Great Dominos location they put some love into their food! We enjoyed our pizza they followed our instructions and our jalapeños on half and made it well done (recommended). Great service with a smile and Aloha!

I have ordered from this place twice and both times I was let down. The salad was brown. The pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The feta cheesy bread was burned and half of my pizza didn’t have cheese, but aside from that, the and texture was awful. Honestly, save your money or like me, you’ll likely regret it

Ouch. First time ordering and it appears to be the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered. The pasta portion was so small it did not even cover the bottom of the pan it came in. The pizza had barely any cheese on it causing it to bubble. Was so excited to have food delivery in Waikoloa and was left immediately disappointed.

Order delivered in the time they estimated. However, we order a Hawaiian and they gave us the Honolulu Hawaiian that has green peppers (which i HATE with a passion). Would of had 5 starts otherwise.
