This location is unacceptable. The employees were rude, and the food was awful. The bacon was raw, and the chicken both looked and tasted disgusting. This is not what customers should expect. Do better, Hobbs America Burger King!!

Wish there was a negative worst staff ever i have a receipt and what was written on the wrapper the food i was give was wrong. When I called to let them know they laughed and hung up. The second time I called I told them I was almost 45 mins and was told it was my fault for not checking my order.

I’ve been going here on and off for years and sometimes it’s actually good but most of the time, not so much. The service is always terrible and they often forget to send parts of the order. I don’t even know why I give them a chance now and again. I went this evening and ordered food for my family and vaguely checked the bag as there was a long line behind me and I’d already waited ages and I got all the way home to find out they shorted me a whole burger. In this economy most of us can’t afford to be shorted a whole $7.99 burger. I even called them multiple times and eventually got an answer from the alleged manager. I asked nicely if maybe it got left on the counter or something so I could go back and grab it. He sort of apologized and said I could come back and get it “whenever” but I don’t really believe that and with his tone and overall attitude I doubt I would get a fresh burger unscathed by tampering anyway. And even if I wasn’t worried about that, the food we did get was so heavily meh it wasn’t worth going back anyway.

Worse experience every spent 30 minutes in the drive through did not get all my food. Called and was told I could come back. The next I went in only to be told by the store manger who would not give his name.

This place was ridiculous the servers where rude for absolutely no reason we where just in town running errands decided to get a couple cheeseburgers meat bread and cheese they had the worst slices of pickles on mine like I was eating rubber and there was bacon on their I wasn’t expecting that had to be 2 days old cause it was the texture of leather I almost chipped a tooth biting into it
