All of the reviews I’ve read are fairly accurate. I’ve had orders not delivered and not refunded, customer service that has me leaving wondering if I’ll come back… yet I do. This Dominos on 19/J is one of the only 2 in Sacramento I’ll go to. Carside delivery is always fast and I come at least once a week. But despite knowing the issues of this store I still only return to them.

They rarely get my order right. A pizza with no cheese?! I get it, it’s wild but it’s what I want. I can’t get any of the deals with a gluten free crust either which is a bummer. The staff never seem to want to be bothered and are annoyed if they have to remake my pizza. To recap, order sometimes prepared incorrectly, staff unfriendly, the homeless people outside that I have to maneuver around, all of that is what it is. I’m just going to start making the drive elsewhere.

Domino’s on J Street is an excellent location to purchase your next pizza craving. They have vegetarian as well as all meat pizzas. You can order boneless wings or lava cakes (a delicious dessert) or even a Philly cheese steak sandwich! I wanted to come back and leave a good review but I’ve been burnt by this place too many times. Only thing I can think of is it has to be poorly managed, they treat your food like garbage. If you actually get a complete pizza that isn’t missing most of the cheese, sauce, or both then you’re lucky for sure. That is, if they didn’t crush your box and stick most of the cheese to the lid of the box. This place is everything wrong with takeout pizza, disappointed.

Do not order delivery, you will have a bad experience. I can tell you this from experience. More than 2-3 times my order arrives 1 hour and 30 minutes after my order. The app tells you it’s on its way when it’s still in the store. You call the store and they tell you it’s 20 minutes longer. It’s a joke, right Domino’s?

EVERY TIME i order from this spot, there is a problem. First they didn’t even deliver my order years ago now, and tried to keep my money. I went through corporate and got credit for a future order only to find out that all my info was deleted when i went to use it. Last year i ordered two pizzas and they were burnt. After finding out it’s the same manager i just ignored it because i didn’t want to deal with it. Now i order and my pizzas aren’t cut through and i can’t pull the pieces apart. I asked for them to pick them back up and i want a refund, only to be told i can’t have one. On top of it, everytime they are complete a holes about it. No customer service at all. All i wanted a some Pizza. Never again.

I wish they would do DoorDash because their delivery is so slow. App shows my pizza was done at 6:35 (quality check)and it still has not left the store 35 min later. This happens every time. It has taken up to an hour after the pizza is done. Sometimes I just have to have one and am too lazy to drive 10 minutes and get it ♂️ ♂️
