I usually order from Round Table. Not anymore!!! Man oh man the pizza was GOOOD!! I ordered the Hawaiian & Custom thin crust. The ingredients eete FRESH, the crust crispy, the portion of topping appropriate, and the price reasonable. I will be ordering from them again. By the way, I ordered online for delivery, which made it better because lately on delivery orders I swear they’re cleaning out the refridgerator!!!This place has intergrity. I appreciate that.

I have been a fan of dominos for years, especially since they changed their seasonings years ago. When we lived in San Diego, we’d occasionally have a bad visit, but not frequently. Here in Rocklin, we’re finding we are having many more poor experiences. After ordering last time, carry out, and waiting 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, the wife told me that’s becoming the norm. Today I picked up a single pizza, a Monday night at 5, and it was missing the sauce. Not sure where we will eat in the future if the quality continues to suffer.
Edit: Have eaten there twice since the first post. The first time, there were no issues and everything was as expected. The second time, I asked for extra sauce and received light sauce. The pizza was cut in weirdly un even slices, not cut all the way through, and overall I was just disappointed. We used to eat dominoes once or twice a month, now it’s once every 2 months of that. Dominos, you are driving away your customers.

Lastnight we went in late to order pizza for pick up . No one in the front to greet . A guy was passing and saw me a few times and went and sat town on a chair without saying anything to me .
I had to wait for some to come and help me , its not a big deal but it was wierd .
Finally a lady came out from the back and was very nice and helpful . Gor my order right and made it quickly and delicious.

best deals. best service. I go to this particular location most often because they always make the pizza exactly how I ask and even better. if I ask for a little extra cheese it’s never a problem and the cheese is a point for me. I don’t like when the sauce bleeds through the top and that never happens here. these guys go the extra mile every time and that makes a huge difference for me

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it said complete. So I checked my doorbell cameras looked outside and even walked around the complex… no pizza. I called and the store and he informed me I was wrong and it was outside and kept insisting it was there. And then said well maybe someone took it…I have a ring.
No pizza thief was here. I asked for a refund since I still needed to buy pizza for dinner for my family who have all been waiting and yelled at me that the pizzas there and he’s not giving me a refund and then hung up. I called back and he said someone’s coming. An hour later I got pizza but I don’t trust it after I was basically called a liar from the guy I talked to. Don’t go here what a waste.

I placed an order using the app, and the app had an error where my toppings changed after placing my order. I’ve used the app dozens of times before (ordering from another store location) and never had this issue. So I called the store (this Rocklin location) and asked if they could correct it, since it was only missing the pepperoni they just to add that to the pizza. But the first person I spoke to was rude and put me on hold, and when they came back to the phone it was a different person, who was ALSO extremely rude. They would not do anything to correct my order and were openly hostile about it. Absolutely worst customer service you can imagine. I will never order from this location again.

I call the person didnt know what Canadian bacon was. I tokd them i didn’t want bacon. They gave me bacon barely any cheese nor meat. It doesn’t pay to have a special that is any toppings but they r going to tell ham is not on topping. Not happy at all

Shitty delivery service. It’s already the 2nd time I placed a delivery order in the mobile app, paid in advance, then after some waiting time the app says “order delivered” and it’s actually not.

We used to be Dominos fan a few years back. Today we tried Dominos again, I ordered through the app and everything went pretty great, food on time, ready when I arrived. I decided to order one more pizza on the spot and while I was waiting, I noticed that none of the staff was using gloves while handling pizza toppings, or oven, or cutting. They were using bare hands. Also, the cashier was grabbing his facial hair for a moment then started working by the oven without washing his hands. Lastly the employee working on cutting pizzas started to grab his personal phone and talk on the phone at the same time while cutting pizzas. The food was great but they could be a little more considerate about their public view since when you walk in, you can see everything they do. And be more mindful about wearing gloves.
