I’m beyond frustrated with Domino’s in Lodi, California. I always order a thin-crust pizza and specifically request it to be cut into traditional pie slices, yet every single time it arrives square-cut. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s clearly intentional or a consistent lack of care. I’ve been patient, I’ve double-checked my order, and I’ve followed the instructions exactly, yet the result never changes.
The manager had the audacity to claim I ordered a pan pizza square-cut — a complete lie with no basis.
Attention to detail and respect for customer requests shouldn’t be optional. If Domino’s can’t get something as basic as cutting a pizza the way it’s ordered right, it’s hard to trust anything else about their service.
I expect better, and I hope Domino’s actually addresses this instead of dismissing it.

Every time I order from here the order is always right. I usually get my food delivered and it is always hot and fresh when it gets here. The delivery person is always very friendly and polite. I’ve only been inside of the store to pick up my order once. It was like a normal dominoes pizza lol. The girl at the register was nice and they made my food pretty quickly.
The only comment I have to say about the people making the food is…. When you order extra cheese here… You’re for sure getting your money’s worth lol. They put a perfect amount of cheese on the pizza in my opinion. I ordered extra cheese one time and Sheesh, it most def was extra cheesy. I don’t have anything bad to say about this Domino’s pizza. Thanx guys keep up the good work!;

WARNING save your money! I’ve never had such a poorly made pizza, LOOK for yourself on this deep dish I just ordered. The whole thing is RAW. The very little Cheese would melt better in a microwave!!! Tomato sauce is pasty dry, the bread is white dough. Meaning either 1) the ovens DO NOT cook to standard HEALTHY levels OR 2) the employees are shoving them down the oven belt to spit them out faster either to push more product out quickly so they can go home faster (as most late night fast food workers do) This could be a huge issue if someone gets sick from poor food handling practices especially with the meat and dairy products. Do risk your health by ordering from this place! Important message to supervisors, I know it’s hard to make employees care about their job but it’s time you cut the “lazy/cutting corners” types out if you want customers to keep buying your products.

I ordered 2 pizzas. Got home and had 2 slices. Not bad but had slice about a hour later and it tasted like Sh.. , I can’t believe that if you wait to eat your pizza the quality goes out the window.

They have been polite and gentle and kind every single time. I’ve pulled up to get a delivery into my car. They have yet to even miss the time and the quality their ingredients are no match compared to other pizza joints and in fact, I’m waiting for them to make a mistake so I can go out and enjoy other pizza. Still by far the best especially for the price.
