I am a regular customer and frequently place online orders for pickup. Most of the time, my experience has been very good, which is why today’s order was particularly disappointing.

When I picked up my pizza today, I noticed that it was extremely thin and had a hole in it. The crust was so thin that it resembled a tortilla rather than a standard pizza dough. As a result, the quality was far below what I normally receive.

I called the store and spoke with the manager, Sam, to explain my concerns. He informed me that the store was out of large dough and that medium dough was being stretched to make large pizzas. Unfortunately, this explanation does not justify the quality of the product. I was offered a replacement pizza, but I was told it would have the same issue, which made that option impractical. I ultimately settled for cheesy bread instead.

I want to be clear that this is not a complaint about the employees. They were professional and did their best with the situation. The issue appears to be a management and inventory problem. Ensuring that essential ingredients—especially pizza dough—are adequately stocked is critical to maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I have generally had positive experiences and would like that to continue.

Super disappointed and honestly grossed out.

I ordered from this place through DoorDash and never even got my first delivery. DoorDash support had to reorder another pizza for me at no cost. The second delivery guy was completely lost, called me multiple times, and we played phone tag for several minutes before he finally showed up.

When he arrived, I ended up with both pizzas — apparently the “missing” one magically appeared during the second delivery. And guess what? The first one that was supposedly “delivered” earlier was covered in ants and completely cold. Absolutely disgusting.

To top it off, I ordered a Coke Zero and they gave me Diet Coke instead. Between the mix-ups, the delays, and the ant-infested pizza, this was a total fail. Still hungry and super disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here.

Advertising any Extra Toppings pizza $9.99. I gave it a tried. Too good to be true, each slice of pizza has one slice of Jalapeno pepper, one slice of Pepperonis and couple olive rings. Didn’t have any tomatoes sauce. It’s the worse pizza I ever have. Very deceiving. Fool me once, shame on you!

I have given them the benefit of doubt. Their veggie pizzas suck, everything just gets sprinkled on top for last 12 months. It feels like I’m buying $20 cheese only pizzas. This has happened with 10+ of my orders. It doesn’t seem employee specific, something else is going on-here. 10 months ago employee told me they were having ingredient shortages, when I opened the box in front of him.

Didn’t get any pizza ironically but there other offers are pretty good especially with the cost of fast food these days.

The sandwich was probably the weakest out of the three but still was fine for it’s price.

Almost I added 9-10toppings to my pizza and there are only 3when I opened it. Most of my toppings were missing and when my husband tried to pay with card the employee ask him for cash and my husband said don’t have any cash and he asks my husband to search for cash in car and when my husband says no he started asking to do zelle for no reason.

Delivery said it left at 6:50. I was 10 mins away. Pizza showed up 40 minutes later at 7:30. No one answers the phone. They also marked my order as complete 10 minutes before they showed up

This review is for store manager Arjun.

I am a regular customer to this store on a regular basis. Due to Covid-19, I have been ordering online for pick up. There are times when I arrived to pick up my order, a few times store staffs would greet to say hi with smile. However, as soon as they look up my and verify my order, the staff’s face looked upset and not even say a word when passing my order to me with no thanking to the customer. This has happened a few times to me and the only reason I can think of why store staffs are acting like this maybe the reason that I used online coupon to order my pizza and pasta each time with my order. I am not sure if that is the actual reason that store staff are giving me looks every time I pick up my order.

This location is completely unhinged. I waited over an hour and a half for a delivery, only to see it marked as “delivered” after just 45 minutes—news to me, since there was clearly no pizza in sight. I called the store for clarification, and the employee casually blamed a “police situation” nearby that supposedly had the driver stuck. Fair enough… until the driver finally arrived and had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. So either the staff is misinformed, or they’re just making things up to cover delays. Either way, something is seriously off at this location, and the lack of transparency is not a good look.
