Not a good location save your money ! Food was not fresh at all
Tasted like everything was left in a skink I’m not the kind of person to leave bad reviews I can usually look at the bright side.
I am disappointed I spent so much.
Only came to this location because I work with my client in Pleasanton.
Hayward chipotle is wayyyyy better !
Advance were more then a day old you could tell.

They seriously give you almost no food at all when you do a mobile app order. The last few times I’ve gone it’s been absolutely ridiculous. Their prices are higher than ever and I’m only getting half the food now. Photos attached. These photos were taken before we began eating. Seriously, only half the bowl was filled…the employees here need to be retrained. I’m fine with paying higher prices, but I expect a meal to be filling. If you need to charge more on top of the already egregious inflation price increases, that’s fine, it is what it is, but don’t give us half-filled bowls. Really annoyed about how far downhill this particular chipotle has gone. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s only the last few months that this place started slipping.

Something is definitely wrong with this location, while their staff are pretty kind and friendly, they just don’t seem to get that a customer does not want their food to spill out of the containers, all over the ground or their vehicle.
The food container didn’t hold the ingredients of the bowl I ordered, it all leaked right through to the bag, which almost ended up breaking, it was just a huge soppy not so fun mess. ☹️
Some of their customers don’t know how to respect other customers dining experience. More times than not, I am often ridiculed or given dirty looks. Not sure why, I’m just trying to eat like everyone else.
I understand, restaurants can’t control who they attract, but customers mistreating other customers is just not right, especially when the bullying customers are pre-teen girls. Whoever is teaching these young girls that its okay to mock, is teaching them how to bully.

I got a steak burrito bowl and a sofritas veggie bowl. They filled it with watery sofritas and skimped on the food. The bowls were also 1/3 full and leaked through the bag. Service was rushed, and there was no attention to the customer. Avoid this chipotle.

They used to be better in the past. They are worst now. Bowls I bought had ton of salty stuff which was not edible at all. Chicken was stale and undercooked. Person making bowl was rude and irritated.

This is the worst experience I have had with Chipotle. First, they messed up my order and gave me the completely wrong items. Since I am allergic to corn, I went to the restaurant to get it corrected. However, the second time, the order was still wrong. When I pointed this out, the staff member got angry and added so much red chili sauce that it was inedible. The staff was rude, and there is no way to file an order complaint. I am never going back to this location.
