I am their regular customer I ordered this pizza 1 hour ago after coming back home when i opened the box it was like then i called the store 9 times they never pick calls after 10 but google map says they close at 12:00 their staff is so rude spoiled my dinner and i have no way to get refund or any store credit or replacement pizza ruined my day

Average at best. I grew up in Michigan where Domino’s started and is headquartered, and even though all locations are supposed to use the same ingredients, the Napa Domino’s pizza does not taste as good for some reason.
-8 piece chicken had several pieces that were extremely small
– cheese was missing from a couple pieces of the pizza
– pizza had very little sauce
– toppings are far from generous
– received the incorrect sauces (despite paying extra for additional sauce).
I’ve tried Napa Domino’s a few times, and they are consistently lacking quality. I rank Little Caesars higher when it comes to “fast food” type of pizza places.

This was a terrible experience and I am so unhappy with the food. It was so bad. Don’t order from this store, you will be very disappointed as well. The last time I order from this store was terrible and they didn’t even have what I ordered. I thought that it must be an off night. Tonight, 5 months later, even worse. The salad was actually rotten and the pizza was cold and looked like someone’s 3 year old made it. I’m will never order from this place again! It took 2 hours to get the food. Also, when I called, no one would answer the phone. There is no way to cancel the order.

Very dishonest. Some Caucasian guy for the longest they stated they closed at 12 midnight, despite it saying they opened until 1am.Also Then tried to over charge me for a pizza, stating they cant give deals at the store, even though it was advertised. This was several months ago!!! Finally I called and they were honest today! Must have different employees now

I had specifically ordered veg pasta as my partner is strict vegetarian but we received the pasta with chicken, despite ordering “make my own pasta” with only veg ingredients. Worst part is we got to know about it when she ate the pasta and realized something was off. Additionally, we didn’t receive garlic dip that we ordered.

Sergio was polite, prompt, and professional delivering my amazing pizza to me. I loved the custom mushroom and sausage pizza with extra creamy white sauce. It was perfectly made. Very quick delivery so it was still hot upon arrival.

I was taking a box of ShamWows and a couple quarts of Boonsfarm over to Asscrack Charlie’s cause he’s been kinda in the dumps since littlepick his pet porcupine got taken away by the fish and wildlife service. And, I’ll tell you one thing I know for sure…nothing goes better with a half gallon of Boonsfarm than a Hawaiian pizza from Domino’s Pizza, and those ShamWows, well they’re to clean up the mess. 5 Stars for Domino’s Pizza, the salad was pretty good too.

Food is good MOST of the time and giving 3 stars for that, but they need to do a better job at cutting the pizza. EVERYTIME I get a pizza I always have to break and rip it up to get a slice out. Lil ceasers does a better job at cutting the pizza.

Bad bad bad bad. Horrible. Do not order here you will never get your food(at least if you order for delivery). I’ve ordered here multiple times, and I’ve had to wait 3+ hours every time, never even getting our food. Calling them is useless as you are sent straight to an automated answering machine. Do not order here. I am warning you. Don’t make the mistake that I did, trusting them again.
