Ordered for delivery, purchased a pizza with with 8 piece Wing and 2 ranch sauces on the side. When my order was delivered the pizza was not cut as if they took it out the oven & tossed it in the box without slicing it. Purchased 2 ranch on the side they didn’t give me any sauce. My wings came with no ranch sauce at all… sucks!!

Literally the worst service ever. My dad tried to order pizza here by phone for delivery and they took his order and asked for the address and room number for the hotel. 45 minutes later, no pizza to be found. I called on his behalf to check on it and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called and tried again, in which this time they answered and hung up on me. So I called a third time and this time they told me they would send the pizza out and it would be there soon after confirming the address and order. I said okay thank you, I appreciate it. 20 minutes later and still no pizza. So I called to check again, someone else answered this time only to tell me they can’t find an order for that address. They have the name but no address. Apparently it was for pickup and has now been cancelled. Even though my dad specifically said for delivery and they even took the address and confirmed it during a previous call I had with them. So now my dad had nothing to eat. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had a horrible call experience and to top it off, they can’t even communicate to keep track of their orders or provide good service. And not even a single apology for messing up the order because how are you going to tell me you confirmed for delivery and took down his address to later tell me it was for pickup and it was cancelled. Either get some better management, customer service, or employees and learn to do better.

I always order from this location and they never fail. I ordered two large pizzas, one was missing the pepperoni and the other was missing the chicken. I called and they were able to offer me credit towards my next order. My 3rd pizza was fine so I just ate some of that and gave the others to my family.

I felt welcomed right when I walked in, the staff was friendly and my order was ready quicker than I expected, I tried the Cheesy Stuffed Pepperoni Bread, And I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza which was good. The waiting room was also clean and the temperature wasn’t too hot or too cold. Will Recommend

The customer service was lacking everything.
I went in and the person sees me and turns away to prepare abox for a pizza.
I wait 3 more minutes.
Finally, i have to announce myself so i can be served!
The same guy takes my order then tells me it will take about 30 min. I ask him if i can wait in my car, just outside in their tiny parking lot.
The guy says he will bring it out when my order is ready.
I am waiting and I have a feeling my pizza is ready. So i go inside,
I announce myself. Nothing. Workers are doing their own thing. I wait for almost 5 min watching as each worker sees me but makes an effort not to acknowledge me.
I get tired of waiting and being ignored so I yell out, ‘Am I invisible?’
A person comes to help me, gives me my pizza and tells me they can not give people their pizza at their cars unless they sign up for curbside service.
The guys were not rude, when speaking, but they ignore their customers.
I guess i will go to another Dominoes that wont ignore me or treat me like I’m an inconvience to them. I am a customer after all. Without customers, they would not be in business!

I’m from opposite side of town from this restaurant. I’m used to the Domino’s that’s near me, but this experience was just the same. Great customer service with quick response. Food is ready in less than 25 minutes as they said it would be and the food tasted excellent. Just another reminder in fact that Domino’s is going to be Domino’s no matter where you go to eat Domino’s.
