Wouldn’t give this place a star but I had to. Drove almost an hour and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be done. And they burnt my pizza and gave me the wrong one or just weren’t paying attention. Was suppose to be garlic crust pizza with pepperoni and onion. Do you see any crust I don’t! So disappointed its appalling. Didn’t even notice till I drove the hour home. It’s to hard to even try and eat at this point.

They messed up on my order through uber eats. Sent out a pizza that had toppings I requested not to be put on my pizza. I called the store just to leave a complaint. They were very kind and took responsibility and sent out another pizza they way I asked for it. Mistakes happen all the time. Unable to order from this location for the last 8 months I’ve lived here. App fails the order every time for only this, unfortunate place. Unable to call in and order, they use an Ai and it’s terrible it got stuck right before checkout on verifying the items. Just kept asking the same question I kept saying yes to and it would repeat.

I appreciate that they do curbside delivery and allow you to input details like which side of your vehicle you’d like them to bring it to for the handoff. We only waited a couple minutes at most and the pizzas came out nice and hot. Great for a quick and easy dinner for the family.

Ordered using my cell phone. NY pizza deal we saw on TV. Order app said it was $10.99 for 3 toppings. Drove there to pick it up. Added a 2 liter coke. They tried to charge me $23.89. I complained so they reduced price to $16 and change. I paid and left. Opened box in car and it was a cheese pizza with no toppings! They said not to trust the AI system because it doesn’t work good. Terrible pizza experience, I couldn’t eat the pizza I was so disappointed.

I don’t like not being able to talk to a live person when I call to order a pizza. I need to give directions because the address online is incorrect and when they “say” they will transfer, they just hang up. As a result, by the time they find our house, the pizza is cold. Talking to a live person SHOULD BE AN OPTION.
