The young latino guy messed up my pizza, he overcooked it and rained my meal. I contacted the manager and corporate and they didn’t want to make it right. The have a guarantee in their website. And for what? For nothing.

If you HAVE to have Dominos, go to a different store. Rude “store manager”. They refuse to give plates and charge for sauce cups. ANY. An order of wings should get at least 1 cup but not know. That’s an extra $1. Parm also $1. Not to mention my pepperoni pizza had 5 pepperoni’s and what looked like 3 teaspoons of sauce.

Quality has fallen off a cliff in the last year. The pizza was dry, you couldn’t tell cheese from bread. Also bought stuffed cheese bread and it was the same dry cheese to bread was one. I love Domino’s but I don’t think I can do it anymore after moving next to this location. They have messed up my orders more in the 6 months I’ve been ordering from them than in the entire 8 years or so that I’ve been enjoying Domino’s. It’s usually big things like swapping my chicken topping for bacon or missing an order of cheese bread entirely. And the kicker is that when I try to report an issue, I’m only given an option for a 20% off coupon that expires within 30 days.

I ordered pizza at 8:40 p.m. and it said it would be 19 minutes before it would be ready. Then I got a message saying the driver left with my pizzas at 9:05. I then called the store at 9:30 p.m. which is 5 minutes from my house. I was told by the driver that was said to have left 30 minutes earlier that he was waiting for his 6th delivery before he could leave to start his deliveries. So I ordered pizza’s for my 6 and 16 year old children to eat dinner but I just finished feeding them something else at 10:04 and still haven’t received the pizza’s I ordered an hour and a half ago. This place is extremely unprofessional and outrageous with this delivery system. So now 6 people can get cold and late pizzas. Instead of taking 3 orders at a time and at least having people receive semi warm pizza and not wait hours for their food that cost 40 dollars for 2 pizza’s as well pay 6 dollars for a delivery fee and this is what is delivered oh wait it still hasn’t been delivered and it is 10:10 at night. So now it makes me think that the delivery guy delivered the pizzas that were ordered last and still hot to the people who haven’t had to wait at all. And now I guess my children and I get our pizza last and over 1 hour late and cold since it said the driver was on his way. Because, like I said, it still isn’t here, and now I’m waiting to post this to see exactly when the pizzas get here. It got to my house at 10:15 p.m. Not to happy at all.

I would like to thank Heidi and her team at the 10th st west/0-8 location. Their service is the BEST! Our school has been using them once a week for a little over a year now. Our pizzas always arrive fresh & hot and really yummy and they are always on time. Since we switched to Domino’s more kids are ordering on pizza day. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need too you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the great job. You are all an asset to your company!

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11pm, since they close carryout at 9pm. I had been dying for a pizza since being on deployment for months. I finally get back, figure 1 hour is plenty of time to make and deliver a pizza. It was “in progress” until 1150pm, so I hadn’t ordered from anywhere else. Then, they cancel it. No explanation or anything. Only store I have had this happen. Screw this store. Literally, just close at 11pm if you aren’t taking orders after that, but I waited and got screwed. So yeah, I hate this store.

Spoke to the manager. I didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly and helpful. I told her about location 7776, which is the Domino’s on Palmdale Blvd, and how my card was used there without my consent or knowledge because I’m driving. She apologized and also apologized for the way I was treated by the other location when I was trying to tell them what was going on. Her customer service was great. Thank you for your help.

Ordered three different times from this store, and each time, was given the delivery about an hour or longer after I initially made the order. About double the estimated time, for each order. I tried to give it benefit of the doubt the first two times, but after this third one, I came to realize that my tips mean nothing and it is a waste of money to try and be generous with this store. Not planning to order from here again.
