SO, the wife is out with friends and me and the pup where settling in for a movie and decided to order some pizza, got online and went to dominoes, ordered a nice ground beef and jalapeño pizza, an order of hot wings and a soda…. paid and waited.
Food arrived and the driver drove away as per the contactless guidelines, i stepped outside and pulled in my grub only to find that the pizza they sent me was a cheese only pizza, bummer- but no worries ill call in and they can ship me a replacement with the correct toppings and have their plain cheese pizza back, Right? WRONG…..
Had the unusually terrible experience of speaking to the “General Manager” See Photo… She started the conversation by saying, “so you ordered the wrong pizza and now want toppings?” Lovely way to kick off the conversation, followed by a cadenced script of “its not our job at the local level to solve your problem, please contact corporate”, It was bizarre at best, would corporate rectify my dinner? I think not. At any rate…
I requested the owners info, Email or other means of contact. I assumed the owner of a dominoes would have a business email, Right? WRONG AGAIN.. this “general Manager” turns out is a family member of the owner and point blank wasn’t interested in helping me voice my concern, for the error in order, the gross error in customer service, and the rectification of my meal.
Don’t order from here, really don’t order dominoes, but if ya do don’t go here.
It’s a sham of a family business, where you cant get help, and wont get answers. The owner has no email, and the store is run by the short branch of some family tree.
Really disappointed.

I ordered here for delivery and they dropped ot to the wrong house. During the call the manager try to say there was nothing they can do about it but later on the manager said [if it’s there in the wrong house we’ll make a fresh one if it’s the right house it’s on you] [how professional saying it’s on you] it was sent to the wrong house but instead of a fresh pie like he promised the employee just got the pizzas from the wrong house and just delivered it to my house it was cold I find this unprofessional from a manager for being rude and saying that comment and from the employee for not telling me where he put it or what house since I never got any texts alerts or calls

Every time I have ordered from here, the managers and staff who answer the phone have been extremely helpful! This is my second time ordering here for a birthday party and I have been so impressed with their service. I just spoke with Zane on the phone and he helped me determine how many pizzas I needed for the size party I am having (I had no idea and it was stressing me out). And he even informed me of ways to save like $150 on my order! I am one happy camper!

We ordered a pizza at the Hotel we were staying at ( Best Western San Juan Capistrano) and the pizza was left at the door we NEVER heard a knock at the door and if I wouldn’t have checked we would have never got it. The pizza was cold so when I called I was left on hold for 12 minutes so I used my other phone to call back k and asked for a Manager, he hung up on me. SO I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S AGAIN !! VERY RUDE !!

I have been ordering from this location for a few years. I haven’t had a bad experience. I have also tried almost all other more expensive pizza places in the area. Twice the price as Domino’s and wasn’t as good, or only slightly better. Join their email list and order online. You will find quality pizza at a great price during certain specials. I just ordered two medium Specialty pizzas and the garden salad for $31. Other places that order is $60-$70+. We do pick up our order which makes it cheaper.

I have to say, the pizza is really good. I love the little grains of salt or whatever that is on the crust. The Buffalo wings are quite good too, if you need some protein.

Ok guys last chance to get it right. Last couple of orders have been wrong or just not very good. Last delivery I got no jalapenos and a soggy pizza. Tipped dude $9. Replacement had maybe 5 jalapenos total. I know you are better than that!
