I understand some places get busy but having you wait so long for food and still messing up your order is crazy.. they told me they had to redo my food so they had me wait.. I got home and opened up my buffalo wings to find them without sauce..

I don’t really have much experience eating at the location but I did notice they have some tables there now. My experience comes more from app orders. We had an extended stay at one of our local hotels while repairs were made to our home after a minor plumbing issue. Domino’s was one of our go-to places to order delivery from. Sometimes the app wouldn’t allow us to make some minor changes to an item so I would call beforehand and ask if they could do it once I placed the order since the app wouldn’t let me. They would make note of it and once I placed the order they would go ahead and make those minor tweaks. They don’t have to but they do and that just goes to show this location in particular is very accommodating and really makes an effort to keep the customers happy.

Update. Whomever handles the register needs to be careful with the payments. Was double charged and the owner Amell tells me to place a claim with my bank. Stating that he has no record of the charge. So where did my money go if it clearly states that Dominos Brawley charged it and it cleared. Twice.
Never had issues with this place. So sad the owner is a condescending man. Laughing as I attempt to have a conversation with him about the issue. He says he’ll take the loss and refund or give me free food if my bank doesn’t refund the transaction. You’re not doing me a favor. You’re fixing your employee mistake and it’s not a loss or free when the money was taken out of my bank! Perhaps it’s a few dollars to you sir, but it’s not for me.

Simply Tired
After ordering a few times I’ve realized that the service is really hit or miss, I’ve gotten wonderful service from other delivery men and great food from some of the chefs but we just got subpar food and service from our pizza portal reward. My biggest piece of advice is to not buy the specialty chicken; the order we got was just a complete mess ((not crispy, too much BBQ sauce, cheese only layered in the middle)) not going to eat it, at least the garbage disposal is getting a treat!

The food quality has improved, but only slightly. Unfortunately there is now a policy in place at this location that made it mandatory for delivery orders to be 20 dollars minimum. This unfortunately cuts into how much I can spend while avoiding exorbitant fees, hopefully this policy is dropped.

Pretty decent prices and pretty good pizzas. Really good pastas ( build your own) careful though! You can only add 3 items to a build a pasta. So choose wisely! Parmesan bites and cheesey bread are wonderful! When you make your own pizza they allow you to choose as many toppings (for more money) still like the option to make it my way. Glad they allow you to choose your sauce as well. Give it a try it’s worth the time!

Be ready with the exact change they do not please the customer’s needs. We payed with a $100 bill our order was around $28 dollars and they are currently chasing my change all over town as they are not allowed more than $75 in the register wich makes no sense with them being a restaurant (pizzeria). Really like what business doesn’t want their customers happy. On a other note staff were really nice and helpful to figure out a way to chase my change somewhere…..and we will be waiting.

Horrible management! They made an error on my order and they blamed me, the customer that it was my job to make sure the order was correct. In many reputable restaurants, they make sure their employees are held accountable to check for order correctness. Manager told me it was my job to make sure it was correct and basically told me that me having to waste my gas to go back for them to correct it was all on me. Pizzas were extremely messy as well. Not up to par for a dominos restaurant. The manager didn’t even apologize! I am definitely never going back again!
