We have issues with the locations every other time we go there. Sometimes it’s missing items. Sometimes the order is just wrong. Sometimes it’s cold. Today we got our pizza and the box was clearly dropped or crushed somehow. Part of the pizza was stuck to the top, as was half the cheese. The wings hardly have any sauce, and the food was lukewarm at best. We tried to put in a complaint on the app and all they offer you is a discount on your next order (ridiculous honestly) or a free medium pizza. Given that we don’t plan on ordering here anymore, neither of these options resolve the issue of the terrible service.

A tip is earned not GIVEN. Next time you work on Super Bowl Sunday and you get a tip be happy. If you’re 50 years and older working at dominos that’s a personal choice no need to be upset at the people you are DELIVERING food for.

My young son answered the door for a delivery, and I assume the driver thought because he was young he can speak to him with disrespect and stated the the tip we provided was not enough. When I stepped to the door and said, “Excuse me, a tip is not required, and next time we will not tip at all,” the driver responded “okay then don’t” and ran off.
I was unable to get the driver’s name, he was an older man driving a blue/black car. When I called the store, the employee who answered was kind and stated they would pass this information along to the appropriate person and that someone would follow up. However, when I asked for the name of the person I should follow up with (presumably the manager), they would not provide one.

Ordered carry out via the app. Filled my cart up. Looked for any reward coupon. Found one and applied to my order. Drove over and picked up 2 pies just as they were coming out of the oven. Easy peasy. Friendly staff

Order w Uber eats but cooked and delivered by dominos.. not sure why uber got any cut $ of this order. Order was late and pizza was only cut 1x. Called and manager said he was refunding me. No refund processed.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The order was never delivered, yet it was falsely marked as “delivered.” This is either extreme negligence or deliberate dishonesty. I wasted time & I do not recommend ordering from here.

Place an order tonight at 10:00 p.m. it said the delivery was 10:15 to 10:30 I went outside and waited at 10:28 and watched as the window kept changing without any advanced notice it went from being 10:15 to arriving at 10:40. What was more frustrating is that I had been waiting outside and went inside because I saw that the changes of the time kept happening and then received a call from the driver to inform me he was outside waiting rather than coming up to the door which is clearly stated in my delivery instructions. It was very frustrating that there was no warning my time had been delayed and then the driver did not bring the delivery to the door as I stated in the instructions instead he called me to come back outside after I already was waiting outside for him. The pizza arrived cold and was very underwhelming.

I’ma give 2 stars bcuz it’ had been getting eeh ok but not how I used to like it ………but This one’s a bit late but about 2 weeks ago I had ordered some pizzas for my niece to eat cuz I promised her I’d buy her some and at the time I forgot so I ended up ordering the next day which was a Thursday I ended up ordering 2 pizzas and I got it for delivery.i live about 5mins away maybe less from the dominos on sycamore .I know sometimes delivery drivers don’t get tips from their customers so I ordered my pizza gave a pretty nice tip of like 10-15bux I forgot but I had my pizzas delivered almost a whole hour late n were waiting n waiting n waiting n I’m like damn finally. We ended up getting our pizza delivered by this one blonde who just happened to be very nice in her maybe mid 30s early 40s.She handed me the pizzas n I’m like finally we gonna eat she left. All was good. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut man I started laughing as hard as I could n let me tell u I could have been angry cuz my pizzas were smushed so bad looked like someone had took them to wrestliemania I have a feeling that maybe she dropped the pizza boxes on her way to our house bcuz I’m the looked like the Chucky cheese conspiracy pizza where the slices are all different sizes n looked like someone tried to put them back in the right places now I cant say if that’s why my pizza was delayed but it was probably the worst looking pizza I’ve ever had and since it was for my niece and I’m pretty sure it fell (if you would have seen it you would understand i wish I had taken a picture) I couldn’t give it to my niece I ended up ordering flipping pizza n tossed those pizzas away sadly. But other than that we love dominos I just thought I’d share the story man those slices looked so bad I couldn’t even b angry from how funny we thought it was haha

They increased more than 100% the minimum amount $$ to order. The pizza quality of ingredients went down badly. Cheese tastes cheap and crust changed the taste as well. Very disappointed about this. It was my favorite place to order due to flavor, quality of ingredients and delivery free with a minimum of $15.00
