I am extremely disappointed with my experience on 12/25/25. When I arrived to pick up my order, a young male employee cashed me out even though the order was already sitting on the rack and had been ready since 5:54 PM. My total was $40.10. I gave him $50.00 and clearly stated the remaining amount was a holiday tip for the team.
Instead, he handed three employees one dollar each and pocketed the rest. Even more disturbing, after handling cash, neither he nor the other employees washed their hands before continuing food preparation. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
I never received a receipt, and the employee did not return. Another employee, Antwan, stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation professionally—he was clearly embarrassed by his coworker’s actions. I left the store around 6:45 PM without a receipt or proper explanation.
I expect Domino’s management to take this matter seriously and contact me directly. This behavior reflects poorly on your store and is not something I would expect from Domino’s

FOOD SAFETY ISSUE – Ordered a medium stuffed crust with pepperoni and bacon cheesy bread – the pizza smelled and tasted sour – inedible. When I called the store to let them know / request a refund, the manager (an unnamed woman) did not come on the phone. The worker did his best to help but they showed ZERO concern about possibly rancid food. Never going back.

Pizza was so beautifully put together and tasted great. I ordered my food for pick up and it was ready when I arrived. They look pretty busy when I arrived and the guy was on the phone with a customer but he still acknowledged me and was helping all the customers in the store.

Whoever the manager is needs to seriously get it together with the employees taking the online orders! Here’s my receipt of what I ordered, and these are the pizzas I received. I received the pineapple & ham pizza which I thought “oh well at least this one is what I ordered!” But found a hair on it tangled up with the cheese and everything else. The second one was supposed to be a pepperoni & cheese HAND TOSSED pizza but received a thin crust instead. Are you guys even paying attention to the orders or what??? Seriously ridiculous because this is not the first time this has happened to me! && no I did not receive a refund or anything!
