We placed order online which was late but not a big deal it’s a rainy day so we get it. Food arrived and the pizza had wrong toppings as well as the wings we ordered did not arrive instead they sent boneless chicken. We call the store and talked to the “assistant” manager which was honestly in my opinion not much help. He claimed he couldn’t refund us for the wings and made it practically impossible. Offered for us to get something else but we didn’t need anything else so his response was to make another order online so he could refund us? I’m confused at this point. He said they sent boneless wings because they didn’t have regular wings? So why not call the customer to ask before sending whatever they decide. We asked to talk to the manager which he claimed was “on break”. So I suggested if we could leave it as a credit which he agreed to. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to get a refund if we didn’t receive the item? And also why am I the one responsible to find a resolution instead of the one who works there idk weird but ok. We opted for a store credit but I’m not sure we’ll be ordering from this location again.

I had a friend come here to buy a large pepperoni pizza and a two liter sprite, only for them to give him a reheated pizza. The pizza itself was cold and not hot at all. It also had an after taste that I cannot describe. It was very tough to pull apart as well. GOOD PIZZA is not supposed to do that. I won’t be eating here again. I’m disgusted.

Best pizza ever. The team here is so awesome. They are easy going and don’t mind throwing some extra garlic on the delicious crust if asked before the pizza is in the oven of course. The bbq pineapple chicken pizza is amaze, spinach Alfredo sausage and tomato’s is killing it with flavor and the hot wings are always a must. If you are local to long beach Blvd and willow skip the other guys and come straight here. If you go online and order you not only get to earn points after making an account but you can also use their long running special 5.99 carryout and 6.99 delivery for so many amazing items on the menu. Then after earning 60 points you earn your free pizza. Great for anytime you want pizza in a pinch. Delivery fees not included.

I would love to rate the pizza but they told me 5 more minutes and that was 15 minutes ago. Now when I followed up on the status I’m told it is just being made, the pizza was ordered almost 40 minutes ago. Update this review if I ever get my order.

They constantly mess up my order. I ask for double sauce and get the dryest pizza ever. The pick up service had never gone well. Calling their number and using their app is pointless. Just go up and knock so you don’t wait for 15 minutes

Prices prices prices!!!!! I get it. The economy us horrible but if these places want to really stay in business they need to give some perks for customers to want to come here and eat more often pizza is ok I don’t mind it
