I made an online order for two medium pizzas yesterday on 11/28/25 around 5:23 pm 4 minutes later I received a call from one of the employees double checking if the online order was correct . I didn’t realize I had put that I wanted no cheese on one side . I greatly appreciate him going above and beyond calling to make sure . After asking around i believe his name is Bryan it’s the guy with the beard . Him calling saved our dinner experience!! I wanted to thank him when I picked up my order but he walked to back when I walked in and I didn’t get a chance .

Ordered my pizza with extra sauce… second time I get it with “extra sauce” spoke with manager Armando. Stated he used three scoops of sauce. Normally when I order from other domino locations the pizza comes with extra sauce, oozing with sauce. This is not extra sauce if anything it’s regular amount. Manager also stated he prepped himself and added extra cheese, which I did not request for. Offered to redo and send out but once an order is messed up and “redone” have issues with someone redoing the order as they might add a little extra. Not ordering from location. This will be the second time I receive a regular to dry pizza.

I ordered a pizza, some dipping sauce and a soda. When I went to pay for it at the store, the employee wasn’t paying attention and I had to tell him he was forgetting my soda and dipping sauce. He even looked at the receipt and still forgot to give me the rest of my dipping sauce I had to tell him. Employee gotta stop yapping his mouth with his coworkers and pay attention.

Dominos has not let me down as far as taste goes. Being a chain they have the same recipe so no big change from location to location. My only problem with this location is they can be sloppy. There has been 2 times where they forgot to put toppings ordered. Also they have lost my ordered when i ordered online. So if anything be patient with this location because mistakes will happen.

Had a bad experience. I ordered a pizza online. We I got there I wanted wings with sauce on the side and the messed up. So I had to wait again for wings AGAIN and instead of remaking the pizza the reheated the old one cause it got cold. Never again. The dominoes on Atlantic is waaaay better especially their customer service!

Unacceptable Food Delivery Experience
We’re extremely disappointed with your delivery service. Despite pre-paying, our order wasn’t delivered due to the driver’s inability to find our address. The driver returned the food, leaving us hungry, and we were told our refund would be delayed until the next day.
This lack of empathy and poor communication is appalling. As paying customers, we expect basic service and respect.
We demand:
– Immediate refund processing
– A gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.

Horrible service, they’re asking for id and card for online orders. I told them what if I made an order thru Bitcoin and submit a random name online, how can they process that order? I even showed them the reciept and they didn’t accept as a form of verification.

I am not sure if this is the same Domino’s that I used to get my deliveries from. I recently moved not too far away from my previous address. I have to say that the delivery has been very fast, they seem to make my orders very quickly. Sometimes they come to my door, and if I am able to do so, I always will give a tip. Other times they call me to tell me they are outside. For this reason I prefer not to use my credit card and pay cash instead. It is a totally valid reason that I feel excuses me from not tipping. Either way, the pizza is always perfect, fast and they offer 20% off coupon at this location. I noticed they do not require a minimum amount minimum like other dominoes do to deliver.
Also unlike my previous dominoes they are unable to just keep all of my card info on file and trust it is me since I order regularly. I have to enter the three digit code every single time and that’s kind of pointless to save my card number if it’s not a convenience to me. What if I don’t have my card and am hungry, that would be comforting to be able to eat, in that type of situation.
They are Not the only dominoes that doesn’t sell over I’ll give it a five star rating.
