Fast, good service, looks delicious, smells great – excited to eat it! Felt bad bc I had entered a tip but didn’t know until after the fact that looks like it didn’t stick – sorry about that. App improvement would be that you could go back and add it to the order after if discover it didn’t take. Hope this review will help for now.

Worst I’ve ever ordered from. Pizza arrived cold and half burnt. Ordered 50/50 cheese and no cheese, but gave a majority cheese and didn’t cut it pie-style as ordered, so my guest could barely eat. I love Domino’s. Their pizza, especially the pan pizza is exceptional but today when I ordered online, this particular Domino’s noticed that I didn’t choose any toppings on the pizza…. for some reason in my mind I figured that a standard pizza is topped with pepperoni and cheese. After placing my order on the app, I received a call from Domino’s. The associate was very polite as she stated that she just wanted to verify that all I wanted was cheese on my pizza. She updated my selections and once again I got to pick up some yummy Domino’s pizzas. I just wanted to commend them for going above and beyond we know they didn’t have to call to check that I selected the right toppings thank you!!!! This was at the Domino’s on Valley and Eastern!!

This is my neighborhood Domino’s; My family and I’ve been ordering from this store for over 20 years.
I’m absolutely positive that my most recent online order never arrived (Lucas never delivered to my house.).
I proceeded to call the store, and they gaslighted me, acting as if it was stolen off of my porch or I was lying. They said they couldn’t help me, and I shouldn’t have selected “leave on porch” as my delivery option. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold indefinitely.
After three calls and being left on hold for irregular amounts of time, Destinee or Maria offered to resend the order. The order that finally arrived was wrong, and it was missing an item as well. The driver, Javier, also gaslighted me by insisting that the previous driver, Lucas, left it on my porch (which I know he did not).
My order has been wrong in the past, and I’ve never complained, but this particular staff was unprofessional, grossly dishonest, and ultimately in the wrong. I will never order from this store again.

Staff and service was good .. I go here often.. but last my XL new Yorker.. made me sick … All night puking and on the toilet..it’s the only thing I ate last night so it couldn’t have been any thing else… So confused

The one star goes to CORPORATE not the service or workers, they do a great job trying to keep up with overwhelmed orders in the am. I’m sure they see how busy they get when they look at the money and invoices the place generated by end of day. The least they can do is hire part-time help when they open so they only prefer isn’t breaking his back for trash pay. Hopefully one day he can sue
