I ordered from the app. I received a notification saying that my pizza was out of the oven at 11:47. By 12:17, my order still had not arrived to my house. Which means my order was sitting under a warmer and yet they claim they’re going to deliver hot and fresh pizza. Sitting under a warmer for 30 minutes is not hot and fresh. I canceled my order and demanded a refund. The best thing we can do is to hit them in their pockets when they don’t deliver what they promise

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. My order was clearly messed up, so my wife called the store and suddenly they “couldn’t find” the order at all. I called right after, and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes with no update. At that point I just gave up.
I spent good money on this order, and the least I expected was basic customer service. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Domino’s.

The people that work here are not very friendly and I’m here on lake street location very often for my pepperoni cheese bread and it’s always different some days not enough cheese and dry other times it’s really good let’s see what I get today pretty good today thanks but not impressed with the employees

Not clean. The workers didn’t have on any gloves, wiping their hands on there aprons and pants, touch they hat and and other utensils amongst other things while making pizzas… just a bit of a mess. Totally too much going on. At this particular location at least.

The place was clean. The pizza was ok. The stuffed cheese bread was incredible. Unfortunately, we were left sitting there waiting when the food was already finished and cooling on the shelf. An employee that was off duty was the one that finally asked again our name and looked on the shelf. Also, they were friendly but far too familiar. We were not their friends to be joked with in the way we were. I did not appreciate being treated with THAT much familiarity.

I have only had a few dominos totally ignore orders but we can add another. I ask for extra sauce and there are dry spots all over it. Also I asked for delivery which allowed on the app. Waited the full time saw the driver was in route only to then call and tell me a mile away that they don’t deliver that far to which hand I had to reorder and get it myself.

Ordered 2 pizzas & a pasta for delivery. Pasta was wrong when it arrived so I called the store & told them they sent the wrong pasta. The lady apologized, remade my pasta & sent the delivery guy back out with no questions. I appreciated that. The delivery guy was also very nice.
I’m not a big fan of Dominos but I’ll definitely be ordering again because of the customer service experience. Thumbs up. Oh, and the pasta was great! Even the wrong one that they let me keep 🙂

I order a very easy pizza to make with 4 toppings and got a plain cheese pizza. Its my fault for not opening it till I got home. When I called they cut my call the first time then I called the second time and the guy says the website must’ve messed it up because it shows us only cheese on the receipt. So I look at the receipt and guess what, it has all the toppings on it. Realistically an apology was in order if not a full refund but the blatant lying is what caused me to give this rating. My order name was under my husband’s Alex. Hope that helps the store figure it out. Please do better.
