They don’t care about their customers at all. Sold me a uncut raw pizza and refused to refund me or remake it. I had to argue with the store manager for 10 minutes to get her to make another one. The whole time she’s gaslighting me telling me it’s cooked even though it tastes like yeast (raw dough). That’s actually the only reason I checked it because I tasted raw dough. She actually told me to contest it with my credit card if I want a refund. I will never come back to this location and may never order Domino’s again.

The last 5 times in a row my order has been messed up in one way or another. Every time I complained all they did was offer a 50% coupon if used within a week(what if I don’t eat within a week?)
Wouldn’t be a big deal if it was small mistakes, but not giving the icing for my cinnamon bread twists, sending my wings plain instead of mango habanero, or missing more than half my toppings (conveniently the meat?), etc.

I’ve been ordering Dominos pizza from this specific location since 2010. There’s no other location or other pizzeria I’d go to. Excellent service, quality made food and always with a great delivery.

I ordered online, and Christopher did a great job making my 2 custom pizzas. (Photo is of my 2 orders placed in one box). They were baked just right, and the toppings were beyond expectations! I got the 7.99 deal and was really, truly impressed.
I paid extra for extra cheese on both, and still only spent 22 bucks altogether. Can’t beat that for some late-night cravings! I also typically get pizza from local businesses only, which is why I’m so impressed lol. Only thing I noticed was he didn’t add the extra marinara sauce I asked for – or it just wasn’t noticeable. Everything else was great and my order was ready at the indicated time.
I noticed the negative reviews come from delivery service and phone orders. I highly suggest trying ordering online and picking it up (if you can). Perhaps your experience will be different.

Really not a fan of Dominos sending food out with no safety seal or tamper-proof label for deliveries. My food wasn’t even in a bag. This is food, please make it at least seem safe to consume.
I’m not sure if this is specific to this store, or a company-wide thing. I don’t eat fast food often, I just had a gift card (that didn’t work).
Please do better with how you all hand delivery orders over to customers.

We had an amazing experience at Domino’s, thanks to Nathan! We placed a large order of 55 medium pizzas for our preschool bake sale, and he had everything ready in less than two hours. Nathan was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly, ensuring our order was accurate and fresh. We truly appreciate your hard work and will order from Domino’s again.

we ordered to go medium size pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and the person who was working there gave us pepperoni with pineapple instead mushroom. We found out when we got home. When I called to tell them, the person was rude and said, you have to bring the pizza back. We were so tired that we decided to keep the pizza. It’s not fair that the employee didn’t pay attention when we placed our order.

I have picked up my orders at this location for a while. They are a hard working team. Friendly when I arrive. The manager lady doesn’t make a lot of eye contact, but she asks questions that show she’s very interested in my order being fulfilled correctly. They are SUPER busy, but they’re on time, fast, and again, friendly. I go at peak hours and the drivers often take up two parking spaces, leaving little space for pickups, but it is a small lot for many businesses. I always tip because they all deserve it. The only bummer is the high number of grumpy faced, non tipping white people i see here. They ruin everything
