Pulled into the parking lot which is very tight. My boyfriend was trying to fit into the space, he had to make a few adjustments but his car fit fine. Apparently, however, one of the employees had a problem with how he parked. Not sure if he thought we parked too close to him or something? Anyway, he got out of his car and came up to our window and stared us down. He threw up his hands and shook his head and then slowly walked into the building while stile staring us down. We felt too uncomfortable to go in and ask this same guy to make food for us after so we just left. Don’t let your employees treat potential customers this way!!!!

We ordered 2 medium pizzas for Dinner. One of them we ordered with pepperoni and pineapple but they put one piece of pineapple per slice. I understand this is an expensive item however we paid for that, so we deserve better quality. The second pizza was acceptable with the portion we received.

No Brian’s cells working here. Waited an hour and 20mins for a “26min delivery” called after 50mins Asked if there driver is lost, provided 2nd phone number for driver. Rep said they called GAVE the guy my 2nd number, and SPOKE to him, would be here in less than 5mins… waited ANOTHER 15min OUTSIDE. No one ever came. Called again, to be told the driver couldn’t find me, didn’t have any number to call me on so he drove back to the store. ZERO COMPETENCY. Wasted hour and a half of my time waiting of food to feed children just to start over at 9pm with NOTHING. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. Total losers working

Horrible store. Worst customer service ever!!!! I don’t know what idiots they decided to hire here who can’t seem to get a simple order of BREAD correct. This is the third time I have ordered a jalapeño bacon cheese bread and have received a FETA SPINACH bread. How incompetent Can your workers AND manager MARCO be. Check your orders before they leave. Make sure they’re correct. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER. this location seems to shut off their phones until closing and the only way you can ever order is online. If your order is wrong there’s no way of getting ahold of the store or anyone. Thank you Mohammed the driver too for being completely useless, I asked him if i could have the manager call me to see what they could do and got no response. useless everywhere.

If I could give 0 stares I would. I ordered one thin crust pizza. When it arrived, it was flipped all on top of I s self and the pizza was cold. So I called the store and tell them about my pizza and they tell me well we haven’t had any other other customers complain so your pizza should be fine. I told him that was unacceptable and I need a new pizza, they had me send a picture in and said they will get back to me in a couple weeks because it is under investigation. I called to speak to somebody three different times, and the employees kept hanging up on me. I felt so disrespected trust me, I will be elevating this situation not because of the pizza, but by the way I was treated with their customer service.

They CONSISTENTLY Get the order wrong. I just ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, and it came with NONE. A pizza blanco.
The drivers are always polite, but whoever does quality check needs to be fired. It’s chronic. Like they need reading comprehension classes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for a while. But lately I’m constantly reminded on how highly disappointed I am with their food quality. Case in point, picture attached herein is of an extra beef, extra green pepper pizza from their store. It has practically nothing. I’ve considered taking my business elsewhere and today’s order validated my consideration. Never again!

i saw a male worker actually drop my pizza on the floor after taking it out of the oven, pick it up, and put it in a box, and give it to me. i was in such disbelief i threw the pizza away dude i couldn’t even tell them how disgusting that was and how i saw it. pls train these people better, i can’t imagine what people don’t see.
