When I open my pizza box it look like a pile of mush. It was supposed to be deep dish. The pizza was so thin it just flopped over and the weight of the cheese pulled everything off the crust. Call the store talk to the manager Hannah!! she was rude and unprofessional. She said there can’t be nothing wrong with it I made it myself lol it’s always a bad experience at this establishment! The time before this the whole pizza wasn’t cut and so doughy that it was unedible!! SMH

Currently waiting for my 3rd delivery order. So far they’ve COMPLETELY screwed up both of my previous orders. Don’t bother filing complaints, nobody responds to them. Had to give one star because I couldn’t give zero. Got told directly they didn’t want to make a delivery because the driver got tired of doing their job and making a 10 minute drive to deliver. Had plenty of time before closing to make the order. Horrific customer service. Now me and my children are starving. Pizza Hut on top.

A piece of cheese and pepperoni was not cut all the way and and towards the middle of the pizza it was all smashed together and not cooked all the way. On top of that it took them forever to make and delivered I’m at least a block away and it took 15 minutes, the driver went completely all the way to fox peak before heading to me. Not worth the $50 bucks I spent.

Order for pick up went in and I am so happy my little kids weren’t with me. Every other word in the music the staff had playing was the F word. I was not very happy nor was it appropriate or professional. I understand everyone has there own music taste but please be aware of your customers and surroundings.
