Just ordered the ExtravaganZZa for delivery to my condo on the strip and it was great. Pizza arrived hot and fresh with TONS of toppings. The delivery driver, Mike, was friendly and efficient as he arrived in under 30 mins after my order.

We frequent Dominos but our recent order was not up to par. Our pizza was cold and they didn’t bring the ranch cups we ordered. We also waited 30 minutes in the hotel lobby because the time kept changing. We were offered a free pizza in the app but it didn’t help the situation at the time. We spent 50$ and tip well. It is very disappointing.

Placed an order for pick up through the mobile app because they never answered the phone. My order was placed at 8:35, I come into the store because the app marked it as “boxed up and ready” only for the cashier to tell me it’s going to be 15 more minutes. 25 minutes later, I’m still waiting for my order. I am waiting and I can hear the phones ringing and ringing and out of the 5 employees working, none of them seem to care to answer. I finally get my order and go back to my hotel, only to find out that they not only made my order wrong, but the dough was still chewy and raw. Management needs to do better.

The pizza taste fine. But the last couple of times we have ordered, me and my family had gotten sick (food poisoning). We ordered months apart and decided to give it one more time but still got sick. I don’t know if they are following health code. Unless you want to feel the your stomach bubbling in the middle of the night I do not recommend this place!

We ordered 2 Pasta Primavera (without mushrooms)for our kids through the Domino’s App. To our surprise when we opened it upon reaching hotel, there wasn’t any Alfredo sauce in it, hardly few drops here and there. Since it was late night, we called them to inform it’s not made properly without sufficient Alfredo sauce, the person on the call was stubborn to accept that fact. We asked them if they can do anything to replace them as a courtesy but his words were “we have measured everything & prepared it, you can bring it back if you would like but we will not replace it.” I think this was very rude service on part of Dominos. Since it was late in the night & we were tired, we managed to have that food for the kids but to our SHOCK, what we saw ere MEAT pieces in our Pasta. This was very much against our dietary needs for kids.
It’s a disgusting experience ordering food from this Domino’s location.

I call them about 15 mins before and a woman said she’s not taking the order now that’s just ridiculous even though we do takeout and I was 4 mins away. She said that she has to put pizza in oven then take out and do that. Just laziness don’t want to do their job.

Absolutely disgusting. Meat on the chicken uncooked, greasy, and oozy. Pizza dark and dry, almost no sauce. Ingredients do not taste fresh. Spoke to the general manager and refused to take a look or give me his email to issue a refund. I will be reaching out to corporate. Just look at this mess !!!

I spoke to the general manager and he refused to hear me out being that I made an online order. He mentioned that he made the pizza and it was good quality, but it was far from that. He refused to give me a refund. I have spoken to corporate about my horrible experience. I would give -5 stars if I could.
