Ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and Parmesan bites last night. I was surprised when he email said it would take 56-71 minutes for delivery. Oh well, no big deal. I was getting concerned and called around the 2 hour mark and was told it would be there in 15-20 minutes. About 45 minutes later the order finally arrived. Driver seemed like he couldn’t care less and mumbled something about being busy as he slowly walked to the door followed by an unenthusiastic “have a good night” as he slowly walked away. I then open the boxes to find that all the food is now cold, not less than hot like it would be from the driver having to take multiple orders, but room temperature like it had been sitting out. The kids were happy enough to have food and since it was now late we weren’t returning it, but I was peeved. I called the store ready to give them a piece of my mind, but the manager (can’t remember her name, maybe Emily or Wendy) immediately took the wind out of my sails with an apology that sounded sincere and a credit to my account so they can make it up to us on our next order. I wasn’t expecting such great customer service after what I had experienced up to that point, but she definitely made me feel like she cared about her customers.

I ordered three different pizzas and they were all perfect, some of the very best I’ve gotten in a long time from anywhere. I just pulled up and let them know I was there, and they brought it right out to me, so I don’t know how to judge the atmosphere.
