I am fairly new to town and when I first arrived here my pizzas were disappointing. There was a management change a few months ago and every order has been outstanding. I believe the new manager’s name is Doug. They actually read the order and accommodate my requests. I almost gave up on this location but now I am glad it’s my local store.

Apparently a new manager today. I ordered 2 pizzas at the 9.99 sale price. One was charged .99 cents more, and I asked about the disparity. He became quite defensive on the edge of belgerance. I didn’t have a problem with it, but I did ask to clarify. The manager, which I verified, lost his temper and gave me.my order at no cost to dismiss my question.
I demanded to pay, but was rejected.
All in all, it was unnecessary drama and completely out of line.
I have been a loyal customer for the last 8 months, which is the time I have been in town.
From now on, I will not patronize this establishment, and will drive another mile to the nearest locale.
It’s amazing how much difference one employee can make at a business.

Order was ready quickly and correct but unfortunately the quality of the one pizza did not match the other. Nor was the temperature. One pie nice n melty cheese, the other barely above room temperature. Wings were delicious as well.

As a former pizza snob – St. Louis Pizza is a style of it’s own and what I only ate before moving. I decided to give this Domino’s a try. I have had pizza from this location at least six times. It has been the best chain pizza and top 10 easy pizza’s I’ve ever had. They have always made my pies perfect for my taste. My only place now, this location in particular.

We ordered online and picked up in store on a Saturday night in Aug 2025 in Las Cruces, NM. The app said the pizza would be ready in 14 minutes. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the place and our pizza was just ready when we arrived. The food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean. All the outside lights were not working and it was really, really dark. The staff inside said the lights had been broken for a couple days. Would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again.

Very disappointed! Ordered five pizzas and 3/5 pizzas had hair in them. I called the store and the woman who answered was clueless and didn’t know how to help me so she told me to wait and put me on hold for five minutes. When the next woman came on the line (I’m assuming she was the manager on duty) I politely explained why I was calling and she accused me of lying saying that it was impossible because they wear hairnets. She didn’t offer to remake my order or write my name down to remake then next time. Just said sorry and hung up. When you are a regular customer and always buy at least $50 or more of pizza, you’d expect more respect and a friendly make it right attitude. Highly doubt that we will order from Domino’s again.

This location has never let us down! Easy to order online and drive a short distance to pickup at the drive thru window. Always fast and friendly service and my order is always ready by the estimated time. We always order Pepperoni, sausage and bacon pizza and any of the breadsticks they offer (all of them are delicious ) . Wings are always good too. We will continue to support this location. Keep up the great work!

I’ll never understand the push to raise the national minimum wage. The order said extra sauce. Not only did I not get extra sauce, but I got less than normal. My pizzas were dry and disgusting. When did following simple and clear instructions become so difficult for people? If you want your pizza to turn out wrong, by all means, order from Domino’s. The only somewhat redeeming factor was the manager gave me a refund. But an apology? Nope! Still hungry, I had to waste more of my time to satisfy my pizza craving elsewhere.

I just want to commend your staff We picked up our order then discovered it was incorrect. I immediately submitted feedback on the form provided with details of the incorrect order. About 10 minutes later I received a call from Chris with an apology and an offer to either remake the order or get a credit for a future order. Chris was very pleasant and I appreciate the fast response

Update: True to Las Cruces form, Dominos finally went down the tubes. Very disappointed in our order tonight and the last couple of times. The pizza was cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave. There was barely any cheese dip in our order. Just a very thin layer dried to the bottom. What was in the tin wasburned and dried out so bad that we couldn’t even dip our bread in it. I had to use a fork to scrape some out. It just wasn’t good at all and it ended up going in the trash.
