We got into Las Vegas pretty late and we were hungry. We ordered a pizza from this location through DoorDash. We waited outside for it and we didn’t get a “your order is ready” message so my husband went in and sure enough, our order was sitting there. Maybe an oversight on their end.

I ordered for curbside pickup with my husband. My order said it’d be ready by 5:10pm, I showed up for curbside pickup, it’s 6:14pm as I’m writing this, theres a full building of workers and customers. It seems the only ones working were the people actually doing the deliveries and the few making the pizzas. Aside from that you have young women touching their hair and staring open-jawed at where the pizzas go when they’re ready. Touching their phone, their face, their hair, their mouth, anything but asking a person to take the pizzas to the people waiting for curbside pickup. There was only three of us waiting, see how that presents issues? I understand the food industry it’s a passion of mine, I didn’t wanna get down because im pregnant and am having a hard time moving around, my husband was also sick. Not that we have to explain, but sometimes people don’t wanna get down. My husband gets down and the poor delivery driver that just got down gets met with my husband that explains that we’re upset and that we never got our order or acknowledged. He offers us another pizza after looking guilty that our order was actually never made. My husband leaves with his offer even though I believe we should’ve been offered a refund. But it’s not worth it anyways, I understand stress, but that team and that building is a bunch of people who are misguided and didn’t know what to do, and I don’t blame that entirely on the team but I hold a heavy sense of shame for management because theres no way your team should be this mis-led. You need to cherish your business before it goes out of business! Las Vegas NM is already losing its restaurants, it makes me sad to see how downhill yet another business is going. Re-train and get them used to order and organization as a team because even they were yelling at each other. This isn’t a happy environment.

I always have some kind of issue here. I dont know why I keep going back. Tonight is halloween and I understand them being busy so I ordered since 11am to carryout at 5pm it wasn’t ready till just about 630 and the place was packed full of people trying to order so I was to quick picking up my order. I got home and I didn’t get my garlic bread pieces or my buffalo wings. I tried calling to get a refund on thoes but no one is answering the phone. Come on domino’s yall gotta do better. This isn’t the first time. This time I want my refund.

Holy Cow, what a nightmare! First we were unable to complete our order online and had to drive to the store after getting into town later than expected. Arrived at 8:06, ordered at 8:18, were told 27 minutes. Get back in the car to hold off starving kids, 30 minutes goes by… nothing. Then an employee arrives back at the store with a grocery cart full of supplies! Was this the hold up, maybe, but hopefully the easiest cheese pizza and cheesy bread is getting closer. Nope. After 45 min, go back inside to see what the update is. No update, they are just behind. By this time, kids are perishing in the car, we are checking flights, our love story is OVER from the hanger that’s set in, we were literally fighting for our lives after driving all day from Colorado. FINALLY at 9:15, the order is ready. By the time we got to our hotel, kids have melted down, marriage is over before it even started and nobody ate the pizza.

I feel like when I say less sauce on the pizza that they don’t see it because it still usually comes with a good amount of sauce, and on the other end the wings never have any sauce on them. The staff is polite and nice, never a problem there. The picture is buffalo wings with hardly enough sauce to flavor the wings, you can hardly tell there’s sauce on them.

Placed online order that stated it should be ready in 5-15 min. Showed up to pick it up at 15min, was told it was barley gonna get prepped. Waited an additional 20 min, went back in and was told my order never even got started. I left empty handed, not even offered a credit for future use for the inconvenience or anything ( I drove half hour in to town for my order)

Ordered pizza for my parents as a surprise. I asked them to write a note on the box. Received a call from the driver saying no one answered, but he was at the wrong house and also informed me “he could not write a message (love and miss y’all – this was put in the order notes) on the box because he had other deliverys at the store.” Never took the pizzas to the correct house and after repeated attempts calling the store, I finally spoke to a person to get a refund and not even a simply apology was given. Very disappointed!!

I placed an order for a Buffalo Chicken Pizza with extra Hot sauce. placed the order at 4:30 pizza was delivered at 5:20 and was incorrect. called the store and they said they would remake the pizza at 5:23. here it is 7:05 and i have no pizza and i have been on hold for over 30 min to speak with someone in the store.

I ordered delivery of a pizza. I ordered delivery because I have a sick 6 month old at home and could not go get it. My delivery driver was nice and fast. However!!! The first slice I picked up took the second slice with it because this nasty hair was.baked into my cheese!!!! Eww. So I called to let them know. And sat on hold for 20 minutes. In that time I was able to get the baby down for a quick nap with my husband so I could drive all the way down to give them the pizza. The person I spoke to was a manager!! And it was her hair in the cheese!!! No I’m sorry nothing. Her hair was down no new not even a hair tie. The only thing I got told was “what us to make another one? ” I’m very upset. I had to drive here anyway so waisted delivery and everything.
