I agree with many statements about messed up orders. 8x out of 10 it’s going to be messed up. This time was it for me. I’ll try the next closest location.
I spent 15 bucks for stuff crust pizza thst wasn’t made correctly. I wasn’t about to drive back out and wait for them to remake it.
I ordered stuffed crust pizza and the crust was thin amongst other issues.
The staff tends to be friendly. They’re young and need guidance more seniored supervision.

Sitting here waiting for our order and both the employees are prepping food without gloves, they touch the counter and money, walks around the kitchen, all without washing hands in between. Not busy at all!!!! Whether it was busy or not, gloves need to be worn!!!! This is absolutely unsanitary.

Every time I try to give this location another chance they let us down.. Wrong toppings, No sauce in the wings, missing items, and now not fulfilling the carside carryout! Sat in my car for 15 minutes after the app said the order was ready and I selected I was here and had hazards on. Had to go in to them after all! Their “solutions” are always half heated and with attitude!

I ordered a pizza for delivery, but the driver went to wrong address. So I called the store and they sent out my pizza again. I soon got a call from driver, asking me if I was going to answer my door this time and I told her that she was at the wrong house. I tried to further explain how to get to my house, but she hung up on me and took the pizza back to the store and then REFUSED to deliver it to me. I never yelled, cussed, or spoke rudely to her, and her behavior was completely uncalled for. That’s not how you treat a paying customer- PERIOD!!! Never have I had any problems from this store like this. The driver needs to be reprimanded, and should have to pay for my pizza,(that I never received)!

This location is absolutely awful! They gave us the wrong item and when we called to complain, they informed us that the only option we had was to come back and get it ourselves. The pizza was incredibly dry by the time we got there and they refused to remake it. We tried to make a complaint and the “manager” just walked away mid sentence. Then when we called they answered the phone telling us that the problem has already been solved! I feel incredibly disrespected, and I will be going to the Juan Tabo location moving forward.

I ordered 3 things but particular 12 piece hot wings, got plain no sauced wings. Called the shop, and getting a credit on next order because it’s too late to remake my order, and delivery. Wouldn’t want them to do that so close to closing time. Shouldn’t happen to begin with though. I normally order from the Kirtland AFB store which never gets my order wrong. My fault, won’t make the mistake of ordering from this particular shop again.
