If you’re looking for a good pizza, spend an extra $15 and get yourself a really good pizza over at Rosa’s.
0 stars. We had the worst experience tonight.
We ordered pizza, wings, and a salad tonight at 7:44. At 8:06 the website told us our food was on the way and it’d be 1-7 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I gave them a call to see what happened. Maybe the driver got lost? The guy who answered the phone said they had to remake something but that they’d be heading out soon. No worries at all. Then, the food didn’t arrive until 9:15. Everything was completely cold. The pizza was cardboard, crunchy, and cold. The wings hardly had sauce. We ordered 4 ranches and got 2. I called the store, (waiting over 4 minutes for anyone to pick up) and as I started talking to the employee to explain what happened he cut me off immediately saying that its been a busy night, he has 21 orders, and he can give a refund or remake it. I said “wow you cut me off mid sentence, that was kind of rude.. yes, a refund would be good” to which he replied “like I said I have 21 orders. The refund will show on your card within an hour” and then hung up. I’m assuming he had our phone number in our system and knew who to refund since he didn’t even ask my name or anything.
I called back to get his name which is Steven.
Domino’s shouldn’t take an hour and a half. We would’ve gotten two mama’s or something better. It’s Friday night, and I’m sure y’all get busy all the time. However, there is no excuse for the awful customer service.
The service provided by team members Jocelyn and Bonnie was absolutely exemplary. Their customer skills were truly wonderful, showcasing a strong commitment to professional and friendly interaction. Furthermore, the process was handled with notable promptness and efficiency, ensuring the order was fast.
This location maintains a high standard for both staff interaction and operational speed. I highly recommend this team and location.
The Crust: 7.5/10
Domino’s New York Style crust is thinner and wider than their usual options, designed for that signature “foldable slice” experience. It definitely folds nicely and has a good chew, but it doesn’t quite hit that classic NYC street slice crispness on the bottom. It’s somewhere between a hand-tossed and true New York thin—good, but not quite iconic.
