Ordered a simple hand tossed pizza, got what looked like a dried/burnt, thin crust pancake with a dusting of cheese and dried toppings. Complained online, but nobody bothered to respond. I understand it’s not the world’s best quality pizza joint, but come on, just do your job.

If you’re looking for a good pizza, spend an extra $15 and get yourself a really good pizza over at Rosa’s.

I order from here half of the week, usually every week if not more. They always make my pizza exactly how I order it, and on the off chance someone happens to mess up? They take care of it right away and make sure it comes out how I wanted it! Really appreciate this Domino’s location and all employees, they are my pizza heroes! And I can’t express how grateful I am for them always taking care of the food I’m ordering. If you haven’t checked them out, I suggest you put an order in and they’ll make sure to take care of you!

Edit: I see that other reviews also mention Steven and how awful he is. Maybe the higher ups should do something about that.

0 stars. We had the worst experience tonight.
We ordered pizza, wings, and a salad tonight at 7:44. At 8:06 the website told us our food was on the way and it’d be 1-7 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I gave them a call to see what happened. Maybe the driver got lost? The guy who answered the phone said they had to remake something but that they’d be heading out soon. No worries at all. Then, the food didn’t arrive until 9:15. Everything was completely cold. The pizza was cardboard, crunchy, and cold. The wings hardly had sauce. We ordered 4 ranches and got 2. I called the store, (waiting over 4 minutes for anyone to pick up) and as I started talking to the employee to explain what happened he cut me off immediately saying that its been a busy night, he has 21 orders, and he can give a refund or remake it. I said “wow you cut me off mid sentence, that was kind of rude.. yes, a refund would be good” to which he replied “like I said I have 21 orders. The refund will show on your card within an hour” and then hung up. I’m assuming he had our phone number in our system and knew who to refund since he didn’t even ask my name or anything.
I called back to get his name which is Steven.

Domino’s shouldn’t take an hour and a half. We would’ve gotten two mama’s or something better. It’s Friday night, and I’m sure y’all get busy all the time. However, there is no excuse for the awful customer service.

I recently had a highly positive experience at the Domino’s Pizza located at Cortez and Sheldon in Prescott, Arizona.
The service provided by team members Jocelyn and Bonnie was absolutely exemplary. Their customer skills were truly wonderful, showcasing a strong commitment to professional and friendly interaction. Furthermore, the process was handled with notable promptness and efficiency, ensuring the order was fast.
This location maintains a high standard for both staff interaction and operational speed. I highly recommend this team and location.

Horrible horrible place I was given burnt chicken and they never asked if I wanted it remade or anything. It smelled like grilled burnt hotdogs before I even opened the box. STEVEN Or STEVE is what the person on the phone said did the quality check. That same person also gave me the wrong time the manager would be in the next day. Check out the nasty photos! Would you eat here? GREAAAAT QUALITY CHECK! I worked at Pizza Hut they have a standard. Clearly dominoes standard is time not quality.

When most people think of Domino’s, they picture quick delivery, classic pan pizzas, and late-night cravings—not necessarily authentic New York slices. But Domino’s decided to throw its hat in the ring with a New York Style pizza. So, how does it stack up to the real deal?

The Crust: 7.5/10

Domino’s New York Style crust is thinner and wider than their usual options, designed for that signature “foldable slice” experience. It definitely folds nicely and has a good chew, but it doesn’t quite hit that classic NYC street slice crispness on the bottom. It’s somewhere between a hand-tossed and true New York thin—good, but not quite iconic.

Bad experience Domino’s night! We ordered two hand tossed pizzas and obviously they came very thin like thin crust. I called and told them they gave us thin crust instead and he said hold on and came back to the phone and told me the cook said he remembers making this order and he knows it was hand tossed so it’s obviously the thinnest hand tossed ever lol. At least the driver got a tip.

I’ve ordered a pizza from this location multiple times and they’ve always had it ready on time if not a little earlier than what I ordered. The workers are always friendly, but finding a parking spot nearby can be kind of annoying.
