Jasmine was phenomenal in handling an incorrect order. She was quick and concise about what would happen to replace the pizza that had cheese that wasn’t supposed to. Even a bonus a top that, and then set some further expectations regarding redelivery to close what I think was awesome one call resolution. We’ve ordered Dominos many times during the pandemic and this evening was the 1st time a delivery driver just getting back to the store stopped to ask us if we’ve been helped. It made picking up our order quicker than calling the lobby to announce our arrival. Thank you to Dante’ for not walking right past us.
