It won’t let me give 0 stars. Never coming here again. Ordered a 6 pc boneless wings they were all raw. I feel sick I took a bite and looked inside & saw this all they offered was a refund after I refused to let them remake it. Remake it?? I’m not gonna be able to eat chicken again for who knows how long. Terrible. Check your chicken is cooked I guess before taking a bite.

Wings and fries are very good. My boyfriend had a cheese steak meal. Everything came made fresh and hot and very delicious. Seating area was a little chilly but nicely decorated with orchids on tables. Wait time was short. Will definitely visit again.

Went to Charley’s for my first time since I left to move to Massachusetts, came to visit with my sis, ordered 2 separate meals and order taker was kinda rude in some kind of way to my sis, and when we get to the window, we got the first order and than waited like a good 15min for the second order, which was mine. And to the matter of the fries, could have more cheese onto them, was not happy with them. It seems they just pour the cheese only on top with just a little, they should have put more at least to cover more fries.

Average food, but it was fast the dining area was clean, and so were the restrooms. They do not have highchairs, but do have changing tables in the bathrooms.

Wish I could put a picture here but it won’t let me paid. $42 for three small sandwich and fries and the sandwich didn’t even hardly have any steak. Ridiculous never again. Will I go back? Used to be my favorite haha

Absolute garbage. The sandwiches we ordered had no mayonnaise on there whatsoever. We ordered one with mushrooms and onions. One without they didn’t put any on either. And then the cashier gave our first order away to a different guy and the guy brought it back in and gave it to them and they turn around and handed it right to us as if we wanted somebody else’s fingers on our food. We’ll never eat there again, absolute garbage

First time here. On a Sunday around 12:30-ish. They were busy the cashier was a younger girl who went out of her way to answer questions I had and explain anything else. I ran my drinks out to my car and here comes the young lady from the kitchen with my food! She was the absolute sweetest super long black hair I wish I had caught her name. Literally it took 5 minutes or less for them to have it ready! Got home both my husband & I agreed the Phillys were fantastic! Everything was fresh as were the fries. Will go back as we only live about 4 minutes up the road!!! THANK YOU!
