I went in to grab a couple pizzas for my family. We were greeted warmly by River and Christian. The service was friendly, fast, and the pizza was exceptionally well made. The crust was crispy, the toppings were delicious and overall this was probably the best pizza I’ve had from Domino’s in a long time.

It was a great experience. When I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly right away. I realized I had forgotten to add sauce to my pizza and asked if they could add it so I could pay for it. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process. It honestly made my day after a long one.

I recently had issues with ordering delivery and I accidentally ordered to the Springville location. It then got canceled and I lost points I had spent on the app. After not being able to get a hold of Springville, I called the place I originally meant to order in Provo and explained the situation. A very nice individual by the name of Danny S, assisted me over the phone with my issues. She was very professional and kind to me over the phone and helped me still get my discounts at an even better deal than I did when trying to order to the Springville location. I’ve been ordering pizza at this Domino’s for years and generally it’s a pretty good experience. It is a very busy place so sometimes things aren’t perfect but I’m not blind and I can understand crap happens. Great place to order some pizza! Also Dominos please give Danny S a raise!!!

This review is for Payton when we got there she was the only one working and the other 2 employees were out making out and chain smoking cigarettes behind the dumpster. While Payton was inside taking all the orders from the lunch rush and doing everything herself she deserves a raise while the other two. (Purple hair and boyfriend) need a new job. Ordered carryout, and arrived when my order was ready only find that they accidentally gave it to the wrong person. Then I waited as they remade my pizza and they forgot to cut it (pictured).

This place is a hit or miss!!
Pros:
* Food is always delicious, fresh and hot!!
* Some employees really care and provide you with a very nice, prompt and professional service
Cons:
* GM is in the wrong field, ZERO customer service, also some delivery drivers!!
* ALL your entire information is printed on their receipts (i.e. name, address, phone numbers). In the era of identity theft, that old school system doesn’t fly with me!! When are they going to use their creativity, ideas and financial resources to create a system that protects customers their personal data and privacy??
*** They lost my business due to poor customer service AND due to that my personal data IS NOT safe/protected with them!! I can live without their product no matter how good it is, but they cannot live without customers!! Something gotta give!!
*** The 2 ⭐️ are exclusively for the food, and for the few employees that care, but their GM and the other lousy employees are smearing their performance which is not fair to them!!***

Ive ordered from this location several times before. They’re absolutely fantastic. But, tonight I ordered a special pizza and some Parmesan bites with marinara. They first delivered the order incorrectly. No marinara. And, a soup of a pizza. I called and let them know. They immediately offered to make it right and they did. I think this customer service is great and gave them an additional tip. Thanks!
