I have ordered pickup from this location an unspeakable amount of times in the last ten years. Never have they ever got anything wrong or of bad quality in an order for me. The crew both old and new deserve the recognition! Whatever process/protocol is being followed here really shows in the product! The mobile app is also great to use. Not a bad way to spend $20!

My favorite pizza place, Fox’s, closed so I tried Domino’s after many years. Bought a thin crust pizza a few days ago. Just was too thin and not like eating pizza at all. Just didn’t taste good.
A few days later, I was sent a coupon deal for a free “emergency pizza”. I decided to try this pizza because it was free, but with the hand tossed crust this time. I also ordered cheese covered tater tots.
I noticed that the Pizza tasted really sweet, like it had sugar in it. It had only two toppings, pepperoni and green pepper. The green pepper was cut very tiny, and so thin it was see-through, which I know is a cost-cutting measure due to the rising cost of things. Again, this pizza did not taste like I remember Domino’s used to taste. I basically ate off the pepperoni and threw away the rest.
The tater tots were awful and a waste of $6.99. There was no cheese on top of the tots as in the pictures, and instead, the cheese is thrown on the paper, and then the tater tots on top of the cheese and then it is baked. My cheese was burnt. I could only pull off the tater tots from the burnt cheese, and they would break away from the cheese, so that there was no cheese on the tater tots at all. The cheese-less tots had an odd flavor. Didn’t finish them either.
Finally, when I went to pick up my order tonight, I said hello to the first young man I saw, but he was nervous and looked away and ignored me. I got my food and looked up and met the eyes of another worker and said thank you to him, and he had the weirdest look on his face like he was guilty of something. It was very odd. He did say thank you after I said it first. Not going back.

This location is the best! The pizza is fast and delicious. They have made a few mistakes in the past when I ordered online but they are always very apologetic and remake my pizza no problem. They are all so kind and it really brings them above the rest when we are choosing where to get pizza. Thank you for the great service and consistent deliciousness!

Me and my brother ordered pizza to my place. Half hour goes by we check the app and says the pizza was delivered. It was not we called the store and they said they couldn’t find my address so i dropped a pin to them and they still claimed they couldn’t find it. So we said okay well just come get the pizza. My brother gets to the store and they made him pay another 20 dollars extra because we came and got the pizza. Absolutely ridiculous not to mention the pizza was cold and hard.

I believe our pizzas were made by a blind man with sprained wrists.
Almost no cheese on any of the 6 pizzas we ordered. Most had no detectable sauce. The pepperonis look like they were sneezed on the pizza, and not one slice, out of the 48, was sliced all the way through.
It was like pepperoni bread with lines traced on it.
This is the type of carelessness I expect from Little Caesar’s. Not you, Dominos!

Ordered on a busy Friday night. Ordered carry out and ordered a well done pizza and the pizza unfortunately was a bit doughy. But I put that the pizza was a bit doughy in the pizza tracker and minutes later was called to try and correct the issue. Was only in town for the night and declined anything to fix the issue. But because the customer service was so amazing I decided to rate them 5 stars! They went above and beyond trying to got fix the mistake. Phenomenal service!
